I doubt there'll be even that many mods, he probably only installed tale of two wastelands (a mod that allow you to play Fallout 3 in NV) and a graphic mod that upscales the textures.

Someone who knows more about the subject can correct me if I'm wrong here but I think phil has basically punted on ever being able to sue raw. In copyright infringement cases I believe you have a responsibility to sue within a reasonable time after discovering the copyright violations. The fact that phil has known about raw for like 7 years and at various times seemingly gave wishy-washy permission for it to continue and at multiple times said he doesnt care about it and it has no effect on him, would make it hard for him to suddenly decide it does actually harm him.

Phil could probably easily get the raw stream shut down though, but as far as receiving any monetary damages I think he's waived any chance at that.

I think last night he revealed he's afraid of kicking that hornets nest because then trolls would copyright strike him and get his channel shut down, which I dont think would actually happen and even if it did Phil would get his channel back once its determined to be false copyright strikes. It would be possible short term pain for a long term win so of course phil wont do it.

Every time Phil opens his mouth about it, he makes his own case worse and worse. Every time he says he won't sue because its not worth it for him. Every time he says he wouldn't get those views and thus faced no financial harm. Every time he brings it up to use it as a threat of legal action to get his way.

Phil is on record for years showing that he doesn't view the copy right issue as something serious, and is just an empty threat to the detractors that they will face consequences, and criminal penalties no less, if they don't stop detracting. I would fucking love to see him actually try to bring suit. I'd travel to Washington just to sit in the fucking court hearings it would be so good.
