They almost certainly are, but honestly, I don't think soyteens care much about the law. Their site isn't really like ours, they prioritize morality over legality and don't care about poop touching, which leads to about 80% of their raids falling under the category of "legally grey" or in some cases just outright illegal.
Either way though, I don't think anybody really cares in this case. Only an actual retard would go out of their way to defend Goonclown of all people.
 
It saddens me that 2 and a half years since this thread was made, Orion is still free and his co-freak Jean is still making porn as if nothing happened. How much heat does it take to make the glowniggers actually bust down a door and go through your drives?

I feel like the cul-de-sac alone knows of the creep because of his car decals, but they haven't done anything to make him feel more unwelcome or even beat the crap out of him because he rarely ever leaves the house, or they're all passive enablers. I have no idea how his grandma puts up with him unless she purposefully keeps her hearing aids off.

How far into the neighborhood did they put the fliers up? I don't think the entire neighborhood is good enough, they should be putting up fliers in the other neighborhoods, too. Let them know there's a creep in the area.

The term already existed, but it actually did seemingly change meanings a bit following the Goonclown story receiving mainstream coverage. I recall before mid-late 2023, "goon" was just an obscure term used on imageboards and certain subreddits to describe a very specific type of degeneracy (i.e. edging and purposely enamoring yourself in more and more disgusting and depraved kinks, like what Orion was doing), whereas nowadays it's essentially just become the zoomer equivalent of the term "fap".
I couldn't possibly tell you whether the popularization of the term and its shift in meaning actually occurred as a result of Orion or not, but the timing would certainly line up.

The earliest I saw it in Internet slang meaning anything other than a Something Awful poster (who were not just goons but gooners as well), it had already taken on the meaning of not just a masturbator, but a sick degenerate who does nothing but constantly masturbate, with the same implication you have of a downward spiral into absolute coombrain, often concluding with trooning out.

As far as I know, gooning used to mean jerking off in excessive amounts/edging for long periods of time to things that aren't inherently sexual. Like, not straight up kids cartoons, but sort of. Peach with big tits or a stock 3D model twerking despite having no ass or tits. Now and then you find 'classic' goon threads or whatever on 4chan, not that I go looking for them, which is literally just being so hooped up on porn addiction that you jerk dick to the most retarded shit.
