The situation didn't really warrant him getting ready to draw, and getting in front of the car even for a short moment there was a bad move, too.
Can't absolve Good from blame, though. Trying to drive away with a guy in front of her and another reaching into her car was not a good idea, and fearing for her life all of a sudden is not an excuse when anyone with a functioning brain would know that driving away is even more life-threatening in that situation.

See, this is what I think too. I don't think she deserved to die or get shot.
