Actually, I think he's in his early 60s now. So it would be even more impressive. He age was reported as 58 in the following article, back in May of 2022.

Edit: A clip has been found where Kurt says he was born in 1981, so whoever wrote the article below is wrong, and he didn't get it from Kurt.

I haven’t had a chance to watch her stream yet but she sent me a page from the book.
I received the most responses regarding Rekieta. Andrew Esquire of the YouTube channel, Legal Mindset, collaborated with Nick Rekieta many times over the years prior to the Rekieta house raid. His channel is considered part of the Law Tube genre. He told me that, "I think Rekieta has finally been honest with himself about how bad it was and he seems dedicated to turning it around." and continued to say, "I believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel for Nick and I support him where life takes him."

I spoke with Keanu Thompson, who knew April and Aaron Imholte and Rekieta before his downfall. She stated she doesn't like Rekieta because he got April into drugs, and was stringing either April or his wife along. When I asked if there could be redemption for Rekieta she responded, "Anybody can have redemption. With him it'll be tough. If he quells his obsession with Aaron and anger with me, maybe." And continued to say, "Aaron may have gotten eight days in jail. But Nick has a lifetime sentence being himself. And nice sunglasses douchebag." [in reference to his latest stream in October 2025 wearing sunglasses indoors]

Elissaclips (Rekieta initially laughed at her cancer diagnosis responded to my request to comment on Rekieta. She stated, "I think Nick has another bottom to hit. Maybe he hit a version of it but I won't be surprised if he nose dives again. I don't think he'll ever get full redemption from the audience that existed at the time but I think he's fully capable of finding reasonable success again if he were to actually move on from his personal drama on his show and figure out what his next niche will be."
