You don't have the legal right to ignore lawful orders from law enforcement officers, sir. If you believe that you have a legal right to do this, please cite the US Code that states so! And I don't believe a firearm was drawn and pointed at her until she started driving her vehicle in the direction of a pedestrian that she knew was directly in front of her vehicle, so don't be doing any silly anachronisms here. -Is the act of forcefully resisting lawful orders aggressive behavior? No. We have rights.
-Is it ever a good idea to drive your vehicle forward when there is a chance that you could hit a person who is directly in front of you? No, unless you’re being threatened with a weapon and must flee.
