Real life isn't a Marvel movie, it takes time to get strike assets into theater. Look at Venezuela: USS Gerald Ford was in theater starting in November and the the MV Ocean Trader, the ship Delta Force launched from, was there at the end of October. Once again, in 3,000 years of history Iranians have never used any varation of Persia as the name of Iran, it was always a name foisted upon Iran by foreigners, especially the Arabs who after the Islamic conquest of Iran tried to suppress the name Iran and supplant it with "Faris" and "Aljam"

Beyond that, "Persia" is the red on the map, it's a very small portion of Iran on the Persian Gulf where only 5% of the current population of Iran lives now.
