I can't find a video of it, but I'm certain this is something similar to a cartoon skit involving organ pipes, and I think it's from Tom and Jerry.

Jerry goes to hide from Tom inside of an organ pipe, and since he's out of reach, Tom decides to press a bunch of keys to make a burst of air go through the pipe, causing Jerry to be lifted out of the pipe by the air current.

I don't know about Tom and Jerry but I definitely remember there was a scene with that exact scenario in The Rescuers.

I knew it was from somewhere. It even fits the comic, which basically makes it a cheap rip-off.
