Been thinking about this a little. There was already a crowd of people gathered here and a few cars that looked like civilians behind the ICE truck that arrived. The wife of the driver was already out of the car filming an ICE officer who pulled over (I'm assuming the champagne colored Chevy belongs to ICE and the shooter). They're both already in conflict before any of the 3 videos start.
Both women seem like activist types after what has been found on them. Possible that they came from out of state to aid illegals by being a nuisance to ICE. FAFO
That part of the game was spoiled when the leftist media accidentally called her a "legal observer." That's a specific thing with specific meaning, especially to the left. The NLG runs a training system to train leftists to be huge harassing pain in the asses to anyone who might stop direct action (domestic terrorism campaigns) the left is enacting.

The NLG is the communist legal guild that was active in the 60s. And when I say active I mean "helping the Weathermen and other terrorists firebomb people." Since Antifa is the new communist domestic terror front, the "legal observers" act as a bunch of professionally trained Karens that run around harassing cops into flinching so people that SHOULD get arrested can flee into the Antifa black bloc. This is SPECIFICALLY the reason for the Black Bloc terror tactic, it's designed specifically to make it impossible for them to single out people and arrest them.
(Pro tip: The way you fight this is using paint, dye, or colored flour to make them identifiable in the group. That way instead of "the one guy in all back amongst hundreds" they're "the guy in all black except for the red on his shoulder" and you can pick them out even if they try and hide. This was discovered when people tried to study zebras and discovered even in a herd if you give one of them a distinguishing characteristic, the predators target them. BTW, the judges freaking the fuck out and screaming that the police aren't allowed to use paintballs to dye protestors for easier identification will be hilarious.)
But beyond just being professional karens, meant to cause the police to flinch just long enough to let them get away with it, while infiltrators in the police use them as an excuse to weaken the police ("they have lawyers on site disengage do not engage") -- they organize things. They're the ones telling people where to go and when using the affinity group model. They'll be in a dozen small signal groups sending marching orders so that if one person gets arrested the entire network can't be compromised.
Leaders, in other words. That woman was an Antifa leader who was running the local op to try and prevent ICE from investigating the left's somalis for fraud and arresting random wetbacks and other subhumans that had snuck into the US. That's why she was parked there. That's why her roommate (she was not her "wife," only a man and woman can marry and thus a woman can't be a woman's "wife") was filming stuff. It causes the police to flinch, gives the infiltrators an excuse to weaken them ("don't do anything you're being filmed"), and most importantly, it gives them raw footage they can manipulate to provide directly to their allies in the media. So, to summarize:
1. The cunt that fucked around and found out was intentionally trying to fuck up ICE's operation by delaying them long enough for tools like Signal and ICEBlock could be used to let the illegals and other subhumans flee
2. The cunt that was doing so was a professionally trained marxist subversive, probably a member of Antifa and thus a terrorist
3. Her roommate was acting as a media outlet for the group and thus almost assuredly a marxist subversive antifa member as well
4. This has been bog standard domestic terror tactics by the left since about 2014 when this latest color revolution started after the midterms resulted in Obama not being able to grant them the "real communism" they were promised
5. These antifa leaders are NOT meant to be vulnerable to targeting, ICE was supposed to let her get away with this and just eat shit forever until they can rig the midterms and stop Trump, consequences are NEVER supposed to occur especially not these kind.
