Last season had allegories for abortion and Islamic radicalisation. Funnily enough, I haven't watched this series despite loving Capaldi's portrayal.

As for Lady Doctor? It's well within the confines of the laws of regeneration, so I have nothing against it (or non-white) really.

Despite the new companion being literally a lower class, black, lesbian she is actually a likeable character. There are some SJW moments in the latest season, but the rest is good enough to ignore them; And the series is smart enough to hang a lantern on most of those moments, so you usually think 'Yeah whatever.' and forget about it had happened.

But on other hand, even a pet rock and Dalek-plot No.386 would have been a step up from Clara as a companion and writing like in "Kill the Moon".

Dobson is probably reeeing because, if you compare the trailer to true "SJW games" like 'Baldur's Gate: Siege of Trannyspear', 'Gone Homo' (*), 'Mass Effect: My Face is Tired' it actually looks like something new and exciting.

After skimming through some pages I must say that I find it a bit ironic if not outright paradoxical that Dobson isn't into anime or anime themed vidya given his obsession with lesbians. The yuri genre in particular is a place he should feel at home.
