It's funny how leftists are trying to gaslight everyone about being Maduro supporters. There are only a couple of outliers who support Maduro and everyone else is totally concerned with another failed US regime change, however DO NOT FUCKING POINT OUT VENEZUELANS ARE HAPPY because clearly they are CIA agents and the only venezuelans you must listen to are all ardent chavistas.
 
In news related to the current situation. The difference between the Government imposed USD and the black market USD is 130%. The black market dollar is now worth more than double of the "Legal" $.

The Government is having liquidity problems...again, and that reduces the amount of $ injected into the banks. Thoughts and prayers for all my niggas that still get paid in BCV. If the US maintains the blockade, it will result in mass shortages again. And eventually to a 2017 situation.

So we are left to see if they will bend the Knee. Or dig the trenches to prepare for the incoming strife.

(I'm less clear on why Mrs. Maduro got churroed with him.)

Normally a head of state doing state business would be immune from such charges, but the DOJ's position is shaping to be that Maduro lost the 2024 election, did not step asside but was not a legitimate head of state, thus any actions he took post 2024 are as a private citizen.

And even if the court does accept he is a head of state they can still get him for acting illegally within the USA for personal enrichment. I dont expect the Judge to be very sympathetic to the argument Maduro is immune from prosecution, or how he ended up in the court room.

Foreign Sovreign Immunity is so a Head of State cant be charged with murder or sued for wrongful death because his soldiers killed people in a war. Not as cover for a cocain smuggling ring that went straight into your Swiss bank account.

I don’t think the Chinese consulate general in Los Angeles usually stations Chinese security guards outside the premises. Usually they have private American security and they act more like ushers helping people navigate through the visa process or whatever they’re there for. The kit is especially odd as well, with a riot shield with Chinese. I guess they stationed these guys because they are worried about something popping off (not surprising considering it’s LA though).
 
Don’t worry MIGA, instead of putting boots on the ground to establish peaceful transfer of power alongside the brave mujahideen who love Americans; Rubio said we’re instead continuing to use oil blockades as “fines” for Maduro’s evil which will eventually cause a complete economic collapse of Venezuela!
