if attempted, the joining process would have stalled and failed, kind of like how turkey has been "in the process of joining the EU" for like 40 years now.
on the euro side, many member states fundamentally distrust russia, and would do everything in their power to torpedo and sabotage the process.
on the russian side, they would demand that russia in nato would be an equal partner to america, joining it as a second hegemon to lord over europe together with the americans. america would obviously never accept giving up half of its position of power to russia like that.
on the american side, they would expect that russia in nato would be like all the other euro nato states: an american vassal in all but name, putting some of their military under american command, accepting american military bases on their territory. russia would obviously never accept that.

You are all overthinking this.

Its because they are hiring a fuckton of illegals to keep the hotel going. Every room cleaning, most maintainence, maybe even hospitality and reception if they can speak english.

Alot of shady hotels let the illegal live in one of the rooms for their services.

Every single hotel is kept awash by non american labor. Even ths Four Seasons is having your room turned by Abuela and her kids. 4 Seasons just hires a "contractor" who does the fraud.
