$185 may seem pricey for a backpack but it really isn't for something of decent quality. I get the overall impression that LTT doesn't fuck around when it comes to product quality (although there have been some mishaps, which every company does when it comes to products).Project Farm has released another video testing one of LTT's products, this time a backpack.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=cSm48oVCaWcThe backpack is pretty good, but it is not the biggest, and it costs ~$185

Still, if I were in the market for a backpack I really wouldn't go for an LTT one.
Also, on the global website the backpack is $385 CAD which is $280 US dollars. So definitely not a budget option.
He still hasn't done anything? Wow.I looked. Did a video saying they made a channel to grift for Patreon money
Proceeds to make nothing for 6 months.
Makes a video saying they are too retarded to build a computer.
Another 6 months... and here we are
ProjectFarm reviewed commuter backpack if I'm not mistaken. It's 199 CAD, if it was 385 CAD as you said - it would be a no brainer to just get that expensive Nomatic one he tested instead of LTT. Also, I'll go with Nomatic on the off chance I need top tier backpack, so Linus don't get my peanuts$185 may seem pricey for a backpack but it really isn't for something of decent quality. When I was in high school, I genuinely thought that Anthony was really smart with Linux. Now for some reason I combine him and poopsquatch In my head. Watching him meltdown during that computer Build video was fucking Keno.I looked. Did a video saying they made a channel to grift for Patreon money

It's a neat idea, but this isn't exactly a new product idea... And like many things that Asus has made, it's overpriced for that shiny " Republikkk of gaymers" logoVer archivo adjunto 8380652
Ummh acktually
You immediately made me think of the guys I used to work with. That would drop subs and stereos in old cars without taking care of anything else to the point to where when they turn the volume up the fucking thing would stall... And it would also be an absolute shit box. But sure let's dump $1,000 in audio equipmentHe still hasn't done anything? Wow.
I know the obvious assumptions about his troonery being an issue and related to why he got the boot from LMG. But considering he was supposed to be "the" tech guy there, I'm surprised he didn't 41% himself just for admitting he couldn't build and troubleshoot a fucking PC. Sure troonshine rots the brain and he was likely already a coombrained retard to begin with, but couldn't build a fucking PC in 6 months? Come on. Also somehow never just passively absorbed the basics of how to shoot a video while on set at LMG? Because I recall him mentioning that being another one of his hang ups mentioned at some point.
Even the guys that made that zipie tuning car video have figured out how to make content(even if it means installing aftermarket stereos in 25+ year old cars that wouldn't be valid for basically anything from the past decade due to the changes in how inbuilt infotainment systems work but that's beside the point).
Unironically don't know who'd use this over a steam frame. Both are awkward, expensive, and make you look like a complete clown, but at least the frame is standalone compute, this shits tethered in. I really don't see the point if I have to sit in front of my computer/console anyway.https://youtube.com/watch?v=URCnFcSypKcbit of a weird video.
I think it looks like spy glasses. Rather look like a tech soy enjoyer goyim with a VR headset than secret recording creep.Unironically don't know who'd use this over a steam frame. I'd rather buy a pack not made in China.$185 may seem pricey for a backpack but it really isn't for something of decent quality. They sell two backpacks: the one reviewed in Project Farms was the commuter backpack and that indeed sells for $200 CAD and the other is their first and bigger backpack and that sells for $350 CAD.$185 may seem pricey for a backpack but it really isn't for something of decent quality. It makes me wonder how much of his wife's money is actually keeping the shit afloat...They are such a hilariously incompetent company which bleeds into their merch business, their reddit is full of incorrect shipping costs, wrong or missing items delivered, horrific customer support etc. I can't believe people spend premium prices on garbage products from a terribly run retailer that is so badly managed it would be out of business if it was a regular retailer without the parasocial connection.
The thing with the backpack is that I'm pretty sure there are hundreds of competitors already out there going back decades. They're called photographers bags. They sell two backpacks: the one reviewed in Project Farms was the commuter backpack and that indeed sells for $200 CAD and the other is their first and bigger backpack and that sells for $350 CAD.
Linus is smart when it comes to products. He subsidizes his clothing via the store and outfits himself and his family for cost-price outside from the normal personal preferences they would want. And a lot of the products they sell are spurred by Linus looking for something better the market isn't providing or at the very least good quality. I think the screwdriver is overpriced, but it reviewed well with Project Farms too.
I saw people complaining that it auto answers with AI and only after that you get a person. SlopWhen I think about their customer service and all the issues, they could never admit it but I'm sure whatever ticket system they use is just homebrew fucked 10 ways from Sunday, and it would be better to literally just print out the e-mails, have one person handle X many to completion, then staple the receipts and proofs together to put in a folder and just put away in storage for 5-7 years, unless they are fucking up at such levels that seems to take up so much space.
The backpack IMO is too small. If I were to go hiking, I would prefer the most expensive backpack or bigger backpacks. The thing with the backpack is that I'm pretty sure there are hundreds of competitors already out there going back decades. They're called photographers bags.
He's basically just making one and marketing it to a different audience in a sense.
Bullshit artist! If you wear a ltt backpack while hiking, you deserve to get murdered by the greasy strangler.
