I'm not surprised that video is more popular. Most people are tired of the social justice crap and would rather have characters and stories that are likable. Only SJWs care about "representation". They can't see a character as anything else but a symbol for demographics and they can't just see the character as a hero who happens to be black or female or whatever. The average person can enjoy a character as long as there interesting and they don't need to be the same gender, color, sexual orientation or whatever as the character.

Yes and it's an alternate universe that the "Spider-Gwen" comics takes place in. On Earth-65, Steve Rogers didn't make the cut to become Captain America so the US government of the 1940s decided to make a black woman into their Super Soldier and symbol of their nation....for some reason. 1940s scientists who experimented on poor people and minorities to make the serum are known for being progressive apparently.

People are less likely to upload a video where they just have a 'meh' reaction AND the videos with the most clicks/on top of you search list are usually those with the strongest reactions. So of course he will see a lot of "Ehmagurd BlaggPanda!" reactions, if he is looking on YouTube for them.

The Winter Soldier is not highly political in the way you think you're "political", Dobbo. Winter Soldier deals with ideals of how far is too far in trying to protect or oversee people, which while a vaguely political viewpoint is largely divorced from Republican and Democrat politics, especially since both parties heavily support fascist-like invasion of our privacy and restrictions on our rights. I would imagine Dobbo only thinks it's "highly political" because he imagines it to be attacking those Mean Nasty Republinazis, when it would be far easier to interpret it as a shot at Obama's surveillance state and vast expansions of security theater and literally unilateral military actions, if anything.
