Brian Laundrie had no criminal record before he killed Gabby petito. His first ever warrant was for fraudulaent use of Petito's credit card after Gabby had gone missing. Vance Boelter had no criminal record before comitting the crimes. Both however had been reported to police a number of times before the murders for things they should have been detained and charge with.
