At the end of the day, the drugs will still be imported from India, and that will not change, and even with the Oil from Venezuela, the price is so low it will not affect anything. Now we can hope this works out, but I think this is far from the end, and in a few years it will be back to being a Chinese puppet state.

Reinvestment in the country now that the retarded communist is out will return the place to a 1st world nation in less then ten years. You forget the wealth oil brings when its managed correctly and people are paid properly for their work.

And of course, that stability brings back the tourism industry. The place was and still is, a beautiful destination for travelers.
