2025 US and Venezuela Conflict - Operation Just Cause 2: 2 Just 2 Cause

Ah, yes, a negotiated exit. That's why we have videos this morning from civilians showing US air strikes basically annihilating Venezuela's recently purchased S-400 batteries and the rest of their air defense network. Video shows US helicopters performing combat operations over Caracas, essentially unopposed. That's a helluva negotiation...
Let the BRICSimps cope, they've had a rough year.

Maduro wanted to leave, the Regime did not want them to. Is that simple. I know that the FUCK YEAH feeling is intoxicating, but that is the only logical conclusion.
BRICSimps, there is still hope!

Mamdani will pardon Maduro and let him live in NYC.

He will just spill the beans about the Regime crimes, and enjoy a comfy house arrest for the rest of his life. Maybe he will even go back to being a bus driver!

Could anything make more sense than that? The United States doesn't care about anyone.
This is the same government who wanted to take Greenland over, a country that did absolutely nothing to the US. The United States acts just like the most radical of haredim zionist Jews. Everything and everyone is a potential rival. You gotta be 5 years old if you seriously think the United States ever intervenes with good intentions. They don't, the last 80 years have shown that and it's time to wake up.
Go get your shinebox, bish.

The fallout online from this will be interesting, the amount of ops and faggotry we're going to see going forward will be a sight to behold.

- Leftists will seethe because Maduro was a victim of U.S. Imperialism or something and will drape supporting him with the trans flag.
- Retards will do some cold war rhetoric mixed with hail to the king for Trump.
- Mossad will flood the internet with bots justifying the actions. Will paint people who oppose this neo-con bullshit as being trans supporting leftists who zap their dogs.
- Right-leaning podcasters will be forced to have to either tow the line, or oppose it and will face consequences either way.
- Despite internet bitching, it's just going to hurt Trump and the GOP's numbers in the Mid-terms.

At least I won't have to search far for entertainment this week.
Buddy I think only anti-trump people are going to seethe. I don't think anybody else, and so far no one else has, is going to say a bad thing about this because everybody kind of agrees on it. Especially since it went so swimmingly. And I don't think the normal rules are going to apply to a lot of situations coming up.

Dear Fed lurkers,

Please do not forget to bomb the rest of Venezuela, I hear they have weapons of mass destruction stowed away there. I marked the second section of Venezuela in green on the map below.

Good luck and thank you in advance.

I don't get the seethe posting. Wasn't the main point about Venezuela smuggling drugs into the USA, which causes a ton of deaths and social issues? Wouldn't blowing up the people responsible be a net social good.
People are still wary of long, protracted wars, and to a degree they're right to do so with the U.S.'s track record.
I think what the U.S. figured out is that they suck against insurgencies, not so much against conventional militarizes and taking out their leaders.

When Bush invaded Iraq in March of 2003, the U.S captured Saddam in December of that year; what they fucked up on, was trying to nation build.

The debate on that Casus Belli is based on whether you believe Trump was telling the truth about that + whether Venezuela even contributes to drug smuggling on the level of many other countries in the region that are U.S. aligned or neutral to the U.S.

If that was the point that'd be great. But it's hard to believe that is the point when Trump pardoned Juan Orlando Hernandez around a month ago.

I think they can actually retire now, and receive little to no pushback. There are very few ways to top this. No American casualties. No long term consequences. No Chaos. Yeah, Chavismo would still be there, but they could go back home now, and most Right wing people, would be ok with it. Leftist already hate Trump , so there is no point trying to cater to them.

Venezuela is the first target in Trump's War on Drug Smuggling. You don't reopen and repave a military base that was closed 20 years ago just to overthrow the former bus driver dictator. If I was a Mexican cartel leader I'd be shitting my pants knowing that Delta Force can bust into your bedroom in the middle of the night and have you in NYC facing charges within a few hours. Cuba will also be liberated. Trump is bringing the Monroe Doctrine back to keep China and it's allies out of the Western Hemisphere.

Retarded Europoors and Third Worlders ass-mad that the United States is the only power in the world who can clandestinely fly cops into an airspace contested by modern Russian and Chinese air defense systems while turning enemy adversaries into ravioli point blank with Apache rocket fire.
It is also a grim reminder that AA, SAM, what have you aerial electronic defenses against the USA is at this point basically nil

I have a feeling that even a USA China War (which is impossible due to bonds and trade chains installed to negate it on both sides) would be likewise one-sided, at least on Chinese soil.
