Second of all, the DUP has ten seats out of 650. They do not have the leverage to tell the Tories 'We want creationism in schools' 'We want you to outlaw gay marriage' 'We want you to bring back Catholic Hunting as a national pastime.'

Yeah, the DUP are fairly retarded on the scale of British political parties, but to claim that they can somehow push their policies through this parliament is simply ludicrous.

Oh, and in response to people saying that May lost the election, she is still the largest party and under the law has the right to attempt to form a government before any other party. To claim this is somehow a betrayal of Democracy is madness, this isn't some new phenomenon in this country, we've had a coalition before.
