need to be able to see her tweets. Not that she cares about what they think, but because she's trying to reach maximum views, specifically via the target's followers. Nora sees bigger Twitter users she hates as her own personal platform.
If just one Notch or
Trump or Milo tells her,
specifically, to
fuck off, she will then proceed to prattle on about how they harassed her from then onwards, using it as a fundraising point for her patreon and a reason her minions should engage in her personal
two minutes hate alongside her. If Nora can get a top tweet
anywhere, that's her ticket to asspats and e-fame.
By being blocked, Nora is essentially cut off from exploiting that angle unless she incognitos and does screencaps - which denies her the ability to broadcast on a bigger scale like she
wants to do. Being told by some e-celeb that she's a retard gives her potentially thousands of views, while whining with incognito screencaps limits her to a few dozen views.
