Wait ... so the judge ordered him released from custody (and has prohibited re-arrest for any reason) because he hadn't been issued a "formal order of removal" during proceedings in which another judge barred the government from deporting him despite the presence of an older existing order of removal?

In effect, then, the government is under a restraining order to ... just not even try, or what? Can't arrest him, presumably can't prosecute him in absentia because that would undoubtedly violate some fucking rights or other too, can't try it in person because they can't arrest him, can't issue a warrant because they're restrained from doing so and can't execute it anyway because a judge says "no," can't issue a formal order of removal because his case can't be tried, etc. Can the state deport him? That's a federal-only thing, isn't it? So this order, in effect, says he cannot be deported no matter what and the effort to do so can't even proceed. How is that even remotely legal?

Why hasn't this dipshit been impeached and removed from the bench? Why hasn't this criminal been arrested and deported in defiance of this bullshit order? Why hasn't the administration told this judge to go fuck herself?
they need to legally kill kilmar abrego-garcia, seriously. this fucking guy is a worthless piece of shit and he does nobody on earth but the cartels and liberals a favor by existing. if he gets sent to liberia as they're now planning, he's going to be made into a literal slave so he probably should have just stayed in bukele's hard but surviveable prison instead of trying so hard to get back to beating his wife and kid.

A lot of men remarry soon after their wives die. She died slowly of a long disease, it wasn't a surprise and the grief was built in.
A year is honestly quite reasonable. I think some depressive types think you're just supposed to be crippled by grief for the rest of your life? I don't get it really. Would two years have been okay? Five? Where's the line? Obviously remarrying six weeks later would be nuts, but that's not a year. A year is a solid unit

The CIA should stuff him into a drug boat in Venezuela so SEAL Team 6 can spaghetti him with an AC130

It takes me a year just to even begin to tolerate somebody, I feel like people shit on young folks a lot after they get wed after just a year and I refuse to think that someone who's older is any more prepared

All I want for Christmas is Tampon Tim to go to jail, and Ilhan Omar to be deported back to Somalia. I'd ask for Bill Clinton to be arrested as well, but I don't think that's going to happen. If we can nail Tim Walz and Ilhan "some people did something" Omar to the fuckin' wall, I'll take what I can get.

I pay attention to this case cause I live in TN where this dude is at now.

Basically what has happened is there are four to five fed judges in league with each other on this case. They 100% communicate behind the scenes to make sure this guy doesn't get deported. When any ruling by any one judge gets over ruled, another one of the other four fed judges jumps in and makes another ruling to stop deportation.

Its a never ending judge ruling something, it gets over turned, another judge in the circle jumps in. I think it's actually looped around and now the first judge to get over ruled is now making new rulings on the case.

Edit to give a little more context:

This dude also has the full support of the DNC, he has media handlers and DNC people that follow him around 24/7 to keep up his image. The mayor of Nashville loves this guy and has metro police guard him. He is supposed to be the face of the "innocent person being harassed by ICE".

The Scoop
A key organ of Democratic politics is starting to invest its money in building up a broader progressive media ecosystem.

In recent months, ActBlue, the go-to payment platform for online donations, has quietly stepped up its investment in left-leaning online media and content creators through grant-like sponsorships.

The nonprofit organization has given money to help Tim Fullerton, a former Democratic strategist-turned-podcaster and one of the organizers behind White Dudes For Harris, jumpstart a new company. In recent months, Fullerton has been fundraising to launch a new podcast network around his show Find Out, and plans to debut several new podcasts next year meant to reach men. ActBlue has also had conversations about supporting Courier Newsroom, the Democratic-aligned digital media organization that has grown its creator and podcast business in recent years. ActBlue was also one of the major sponsors earlier this year for CrookedCon, the Washington, DC conference hosted by Crooked Media.

Courier Newsroom and Fullerton declined to comment. In a statement to Semafor, an ActBlue spokesperson organization did not comment on the specific amounts it was giving to Democratic creators and media organizations, but acknowledged that it is ramping up its support for ideologically aligned media.

“ActBlue is a nonprofit organization that has been trusted to serve our democracy for decades. We take that responsibility seriously and are always exploring new ways to expand our community impact and support,” a spokesperson told Semafor.

Max's View
ActBlue hardly needs to sponsor to raise awareness within the Democratic Party; it is by far the largest digital service provider of its kind on the left, and the grassroots fundraising infrastructure it provides is a vital part of the party’s campaign apparatus. Its importance to Democratic campaigns is obvious enough to have gotten the Trump administration and Congressional Republicans’ attention; earlier this year, the president called on the Department of Justice to investigate whether any foreign donors made financial contributions through ActBlue.

Semafor has heard in recent months that party activists’ muted response when President Donald Trump singled out the organization underwhelmed ActBlue staff, prompting the nonprofit to look for new ways to improve its image among party die-hards.

The organization is also well aware that many people in Democratic politics are annoyed by the most effective fundraising techniques, which involve spamming supporters’ inboxes with texts and emails begging for money. Supporting Democratic podcasters and creators will create additional, possibly less irritating potential vectors for future campaign donations.

This seems illegal

Man, the funniest thing would be Garcia getting killed by diversity type car jacking after all this effort to keep him here.

for me, it's the people who all but outright say kamela would've been better when we all know it would've fucked everything for years
They think that if Trump had lost in '24, 4 years of Kamala would have caused a massive snapback resulting in David Duke getting elected President (so he could steal from the US Treasury and gamble the money).

Watching more about the unprecedented fraud happening in Minnesota makes me ill.

Slight PL but my people came over from Scandi to settle as turkey farmers in Minnesota; it breaks my fucking heart to see such a wonderful state full of hard-working White people possessing the Protestant work ethic that used to be so prized amongst the populace take such a stark turn.

I still remember visiting as a kid, four-wheeling through the pastures and cricks, catching crawdads and poking sticks at snapping turtles. It happened SO FAST just by tossing a few handfuls of the worst niggers to ever nig into the state.

Makes me literally sick to my stomach. Or maybe that's the coffee. At any rate....

In other news, everyone's favorite U.S District Court Judge, Boasberg, has ordered the admin to return 137 deported Venezuelans from CECOT. Citing human rights violations as they were denied due process
How has ne not been impeached and jailed yet. Even after presiding over artic frost and spying on the Republican in congress, you would think they would do something about it, but they haven't. He might be one of the most dangerous deep state judges in the country.
