That's an optimistic look at a potential war. There have been admissions in recent months that the Venezuelan forces are preparing to use guerilla tactics if push comes to shove. It's a morale thing. Cancer treatment, especially chemo, completely fucking wrecks your body (and hopefully the cancer too) . Being done with it for a few weeks or months is celebration worthy, and reminds the other in the ward they'll be done with it too eventually.
