Having watched the video, these are my thoughts.
Prison is gay, literally and figuratively. If someone has been deemed such a danger to society that they need to be locked in a cage, they should be dragged out behind the courthouse and shot in the head. I can hardly think of a more cruel, unjust action than using a family's tax money to pay for the living expenses of the man who raped and murdered their daughter, for instance.
