Eh, I don't think he would have had a chance for peace without wiping everyone out. The jews were a non-negotiable due to the November traitors sentiment that motivated Hitler into becoming Fuhrer of the Nazi Party. The antisemitism and social Darwinism he had people believe was something that could not be stopped; a jew was a jew, and any sensible German with the mind to better their nation would not associate with them and boycott their businesses. Think there was talks of displacement but they went with the industrialized genocide route.

Anyway, Jews would be guaranteed gone if not by Hitler himself then by the people. A lot of communists were killed in a surprisingly Stalin fashion after the burning of the Reichstag which I'm sure the Stalin and the rest of the USSR were well aware of. Any peace between Hitler and Stalin balanced on their tempermants, egos, and the assessment of their generals as to whether they could wipe one another out. As for France there were fascist French sympathizers, but even a German could rule because the population of France pre-occupation was already massively diminished.

Had he not invaded in the winter and personally interfered with the business of his generals, he probably would've won against the USSR and maintaned a solid front along France against costal invasions. But they didn't. Hitler placed too much faith in himself and people that lacked the commensurate skills for the positions they occupied.

when you compare them you really notice some striking similarity with the 1587 map from Monte's (an Italian)

notice the "sideways" greenland as opposed to how its seen now as well as the "smaller islands"

You should remember that accurate marine chronometers needed to reliably calculate longitude didn't exist until 1761, so maps tended to be quite inaccurate as a big chunk of position and distance measurements were virtually guesswork. If your velocity was affected by ocean currents, you'd have no way of knowing by how much once you were out of sight of land, so you wouldn't know how far you'd actually traveled when you spotted land again.
