Uncomfortable once the anesthesia wears of, but also highly diagnostic. Incoming endometrial cancer arc maybe. Wonder what her biopsy will turn up. Guaranteed thick uterine lining with atypical cells at a minimum. I wonder how long she put off examination (because fat AF) not realising just how serious a condition it could be.

Followed by a hysterectomy and instant post-menopause. If we think she's gross now, wait until she starts talking about the "fun" parts. Hot flashes and night sweats. Then comes vaginal atrophy, which makes penetrative sex very painful, or even impossible (fixable/reduced by using vaginal estrogen, which she'll really love having to take). Hair falling out is going to be fun for her too, it might not just be on her head.
This can also seriously fuck with moods, making mood disorders or depression worse. I'm not sure how it will affect her personality disorder, but it certainly won't help it.
She'll definitely appreciate how much easier it will be to gain weight and how hard it is to lose weight. Suddenly, it's not her decades of goodnight fried chicken, it's just something she can't help.

Ladies don’t let usual vaginal bleeding go unseen for years like Kelly or Amber. Sure, the tests aren’t pleasant, but they can be lifesaving. Ob/Gyns are the worst for calling out obesity (because it does cause so many gynaecological problems), but no-one should live with distressing bleeding, and the health issues that often cause it.

I honestly wonder what Kelly does for work. Unless it’s doing art, remote work teaching art, photography ,or history (I will acknowledge she’s not dumb and has some talents, and did major in and have a real interest in history), I don’t see what she could, practically speaking, be doing. She’s been out of the workforce to (not) raise her kids for years, and I think she’s too obnoxious and not physically healthy enough to work retail or entry level jobs.
Maybe, if she’s lucky, a remote healthcare or health insurance job. Not difficult, you can literally watch YouTube while you work once you’ve learned the ropes, and do provide some insurance. (PL: ex has a similar major and educational background as Kelly, hence detailed guess). These positions don’t pay great, but the insurance coverage would be decent enough to keep Kelly in insulin an alive.

She’s actually a half decent photographer. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s doing Christmas shoots in studio, or even working in a shopping mall taking kids Santa photos. There’s lots of work around this time of year for photographers.

Idk why, but I picture her working at a Kinko's/copy shop - or if those maybe don't exist now, a UPS store. Only because they've always been the choice place of employment for fat stinky wannabes that I've known.
