I am, but I want like a cool 1920s speakeasy that plays jazzy music and men who wear cool pants. I don't want a club, you can't even play cool card games in a club!
Men wearing cool pants is sort of paradoxical. If the pants aren’t normal then they can’t really be cool, because you’d be a hipster for wearing them

But we have some bars that look like this (pic taken from internet, not personal)

Fashion is subjective and so is cool, tyvm.

That WALL is a hipster. The rugs are good and the lighting is nice but the wall fucking ruins it

Some people are like they’re more descended from herd animals than others, and there’s a subtle psychological thing where if someone stands out and it isn’t as a leader, the herd instinct is to eject them.

For fashion to get around it, there needs to be a new herd.

yeah the wall clashes. Post modernity ruins everything

This is such a doomer take on fashion, if you die tomorrow think of all the cool shit you didn't get to wear cus it wasn't cool. I guess we can't all be leaders. /hairflip

Why doesn't the highlight system work? I just had to go through 20 pages of doomer psyops.

2.5 million illegals in less than a year. Despite ICE/CBP's small size, lack of funds, lack of holding space, judicial and activist interference both in the court room and on the street. He's plugged the hole, and he's doing the most important thing he was elected to do. Sending them all back. Assuming this is the figure every year, that's 10 million by the time he leaves, 6.2 million if you are skeptical of the self-deports and half that number. 10.8 million after four years if self deports hit 2 million, and arrests hit 700,000 by years end (a realistic possibility). More jobs will be available for Americans, wages will rise, and rent/home prices will fall. Democrats will have a harder time getting elected, their fraud will both be harder to get away with, and will have to make up more ground from less voters; Republicans will be easier to elect, and more importantly MAGAs will be easier to elect. Red states will get redder. Swing states will get redder. Some blue states will become purple states. There will be doubters, there will be deceivers, those who seek to lead us off the correct path. They'll cry about the economy shrinking, they'll bitch about their "investments", but we must stay the course. Demographics is destiny. America is a White Christian Republic. Our way of government is unfit for any other people. We will remain true to the vision of the founders. Glory to America, and God bless our republic.

I mean, Trump is letting the jeets in. That's just literally a fact. Chinese too. Neither of the countries are in his travel ban
He's put 100k fine on jeets. Better than nothing.

I've been seeing a lot of chatter about the midterms, both here and on X. The main thing to remember is that nothing happening at this moment will affect the midterms. If something happening now is still happening in 11 months, then it will, but it's hard to gauge what those will be.

The biggest thing that will affect the midterms overall, though, is preventing election theft. The stats have purposefully overestimated the number of Dems by 20% or more, and have done so for decades. If you stop, or minimize, their various election fraud, you win more seats in both House and Senate.
I disagree, immigration will have the biggest impact in my view. Increased wages, more jobs, lower rents/home prices, fewer illegals voting. I might just be splitting hairs because an illegal vote is technically a fraudulent one. I view better living standards, and more opportunities as a big reason to motivate people to go to the polls. If Trump personally gives endorsements in contested areas, not just vs democrat, but also vs establishment types, we could see an actual MAGA congress for once.

Byron Donalds will easily win the Governor's race in Florida next year, most likely by double digits because of the R next to his name. He is not at all in danger of losing.
it looked like the primary might have gotten ugly with Ron! pushing Ms Ron! or Ron!'s Sidekick but that seems to have petered out
there's one guy running as "libertarian 2.0" whatever the fuck that means two point zero is the libertarian idea for age of consent OHHHHHHHHHHHH
there's some decent shittalk out of people like Sabatini about "H1-Byron" and stuff but probably not enough to matter, same with efforts to attach him to the vague shit around Corey Mills
for what it's worth irl buddy who's county-level gop feels privately Donalds is pretty good but could go harder on pro-life (buddy got shit for pushing too hard for uniparty tastes on pro-life stuff so it's his pet thing)

I'd say cool always exists outside the bubble of the normal distribution. So does cringe, but they're on opposite sides.
It’s probably gotta stay within a standard deviation, even if it edges outside.

I don’t know that I can tie cringe down to so specific of a place. Like cringe can have the same elements as cool but with poor execution

The only alternative is that they are legitimately programmed so hard in progressive stack politics that it would amount to heresy to do anything besides be a human shield for Somalians

I think corruption is more realistic but I don’t know them
All of the judges that I've seen so far are AWFLs, so I'm inclined to believe the latter. We'll never know because the best we'll get from this is Stephen Miller tweeting "Judicial coup!"

Don't worry, once the IRS remembers that they're losing out on so much money.

They're going to roll up
