Ole Judge Jeb is back in the saddle attacking the Trump admin yet again.

After being told by the SCOTUS to basically STFU about trying to hold Trump in criminal contempt for ignoring his order to turn dem planes around! Jew Judge Jeb has set his sight on Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Jeb has ordered that several witnesses show up in his courtroom next week to testify "about the facts surround who made the decision to ignore my legal and specif order to return those planes to the US".

Of course the first and main witness is the DoJ turncoat Erez Reuveni to who informed the Democrat judge of the imminent deportations and was the one who told the press the deportations were illegal just hours before he was fired. So yes he will be a 100% neutral and impartial witness for sure.

Jeb can't go after Trump anymore, for now at least, so he's set is sights on Noem as the next acceptable target.

I have zero doubt that thanks to Erez Reuveni's testimony Jeb will find Noem acted in contempt and will appoint a special counsel to prosecute her. That's what his plan was for the Don and if he can't get at Donny for the moment he will go after whom ever he can just because he can.

To clarify: The SCOTUS ruled that Jeb exceed his authority in issuing his orders to "turn those planes around naow" but thanks to a legal loophole he can still go after Noem for contempt because she didn't obey his illegal order in the very small timeframe before it was appealed. How's that for justice!

A federal judge is escalating his inquiry into whether Trump administration officials deliberately flouted his March 15 order to prevent immigration officials from delivering more than 100 Venezuelan men to a notorious prison in El Salvador.

James Boasberg, the chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Washington, said Monday that it’s “premature” to recommend criminal prosecution of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who revealed last month that she gave the order to turn over the men to Salvadoran authorities on the advice of administration lawyers.

Boasberg is now demanding that two of the top Justice Department lawyers involved in the March deportation operation — including one who has since been fired for resisting some of the administration’s moves — appear for questioning next week.

Despite the high court’s ruling, Boasberg has mounted a slow-moving inquiry into why administration officials rejected his initial order to prevent the deportations. Erez Reuveni, a former Justice Department immigration lawyer who was fired in April, has since alleged that senior DOJ officials — including former Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove, who has since been nominated and confirmed to a 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals judgeship — intentionally sidestepped Boasberg’s command.

I assume this is Trump trying to squeeze Europe for concessions on something, then it'll get rolled back. It lines up nicely with the recent strategic document basically calling them retards for letting in asylees, which they got all offended about. Or he is that retarded, that's a definite possibility. If he's not, he should specifically exempt Japan.

He kind of has a point anyway. I've seen Paris. I'd be terrified of allowing in flights from France, if not for the fact those people are all too busy loitering at the train station and scamming tourists over there to come here.

Is it just me or when you go to try and find data is it IMPOSSIBLE or at least very hard to find even official sources of data from 2024 or 2025, does it just take them that long to compile it?

Fuck it, anyway, According to the CDC, that old bastion of truth, the 3rd top cause of death in America is "accidents" and they don't expand on that, How many of these, lets call them "race related crimes" do you think they quietly scoot into there to keep numbers palatable at a glance?

Accidents would probably cover stuff like "falling off your roof while hanging Christmas lights" and go all the way to stuff like "gas leak in the basement blew the entire house apart and killed the whole family", basically anything that resulted in death but not because of human action.

And? It'll get blocked, overruled, reversed, whatever on appeal or directly spanked by SCOTUS again, and this idiot judge will be stopped again and have to go find another scummy non-justice-related activity instead of being a judge ... again.
