It's funny how all these ways Nick is a completely worthless fuckup were prefigured even in his early career, when they were apparent but excused as quirk chungus. "Late and gay" was an early joke, but now he's utterly unreliable, not that anyone even cares any more if he streams.
People wrote it off because even if they didn't know he wasn't much of a lawyer, they assumed this trad DaddyOFive had something going on. Now we know it's just because he's a doped-up fuckup and often just too wasted to do anything. Also the "gay" part was a joke but now we know he's an absolute faggot in both the slur and the Internet sense.
People joked about the cuck shit and thought it was a joke, just because he hung around with Drexel. People were perplexed when Nick attacked Vic, but wrote it off as a drunken spergout rather than what it actually was, the indicator of what a vengeful, petty pussy he is when people don't do exactly what he wants. The judge hasn't really allowed it, so much as the faggot retard skelly's Russell Greer antics have more or less forced the court not to be able to make a decision, meaning the original restraining order, something that usually dissolves within a couple days, either to go away entirely or be converted into an actual temporary injunction, has remained in place about half the time Aaron would have gotten had he won and got an actual judgment in his favor.
This is all due to Nick's nitrous-fueled idiocy. He snatched defeat from the jaws of victory through absolute, utter incompetence at law.
If he wasn't fired from his "teaching" job for inappropriate conduct with children such as dosing them with cocaine, it was probably for trying to poison their minds with his vile and abominable heresies.
If it is frivolous, Nick is basically admitting he's such a completely incompetent loser that he even loses to frivolous litigation.
The drunkolepsy lie is one of his most pathetic medical lies, second or third only to his bullshit "heat allergy" and his 107 degree fevers. It is perfectly explained by the fact he gets blackout wasted and doesn't pass out until 6 in the morning, then wakes up a couple hours after worthless sleep for "DRIVING MUH KEEEEEEDZ AROUND" and then for some reason is passing out in the afternoon.

It actually isn't. It's illegal to fabricate reasons for prescriptions. "Writing doctors" whose trade is basically writing fake prescriptions based on faked up diagnoses from lying patients get busted all the time. It isn't very common, but the "patients" could also be busted.
He's probably lying to normal doctors who at least semi-innocently write him these prescriptions, but I'd be amazed if an absolutely degenerate drug addict like skelly doesn't have a few actual outright quacks just overtly writing him fake prescriptions too.
