An hour late? I cancel on people when they're that late.
It's funny how all these ways Nick is a completely worthless fuckup were prefigured even in his early career, when they were apparent but excused as quirk chungus. "Late and gay" was an early joke, but now he's utterly unreliable, not that anyone even cares any more if he streams.

People wrote it off because even if they didn't know he wasn't much of a lawyer, they assumed this trad DaddyOFive had something going on. Now we know it's just because he's a doped-up fuckup and often just too wasted to do anything. Also the "gay" part was a joke but now we know he's an absolute faggot in both the slur and the Internet sense.

People joked about the cuck shit and thought it was a joke, just because he hung around with Drexel. Nobody at the time really thought she was fucking Drexel or that Nick was a literal cuck, but cuckoldry turned out to be the beginning of his demise, and even if it wasn't Drex, that whore of a wife has certainly taken a statute mile of Zulu penis, as has Nick himself.

People were perplexed when Nick attacked Vic, but wrote it off as a drunken spergout rather than what it actually was, the indicator of what a vengeful, petty pussy he is when people don't do exactly what he wants. He had a lot of gall attacking Vic after picking a bungling jackass to lose his case and fuck him over, then leave him high and dry. He should neck for that alone.
Would you trust a suspended doctor practicing medicine? A suspended architect building a new house? Fucking retard. Suspension is temporary disbarment until it is either restored or permanently enforced. Every layperson understands this, Nick is just flat-out lying. I think @RaptInPlastic would like some timestamps on such excellent Magic Words™
Guess what they call the crime of practicing law without an active license? It's called "unlicensed practice of law." It's a crime. What do they call driving on a suspended license? "Driving without a license."

This ignorant, illiterate faggot can't manage to get through a single sentence without not only lying but also being a complete fucking retard.
That is the thing that doesn’t make sense to me. If it is so damn frivolous, why would a judge allow it to drag on this long? But maybe it is normal and happens some times.
The judge hasn't really allowed it, so much as the faggot retard skelly's Russell Greer antics have more or less forced the court not to be able to make a decision, meaning the original restraining order, something that usually dissolves within a couple days, either to go away entirely or be converted into an actual temporary injunction, has remained in place about half the time Aaron would have gotten had he won and got an actual judgment in his favor.

This is all due to Nick's nitrous-fueled idiocy. He snatched defeat from the jaws of victory through absolute, utter incompetence at law.
I was thinking about writing something funny about Nick writing new gospel where you don't need to go to church, but truth is he never was Christian, and since he stoped keeping appearances in so many aspects of his life, he clearly don't give a fuck about attending church.
If he wasn't fired from his "teaching" job for inappropriate conduct with children such as dosing them with cocaine, it was probably for trying to poison their minds with his vile and abominable heresies.
It's been said a million times, but it's clearly not frivolous, as most of the frivolous HROs are out of court in 15 minutes. Now, one could argue that Nick's argumentative stance has prolonged this ongoing hearing, but 'round these parts, we call that... Another Win for the Toe.
If it is frivolous, Nick is basically admitting he's such a completely incompetent loser that he even loses to frivolous litigation.
Same for narcolepsy and stimulants.
The drunkolepsy lie is one of his most pathetic medical lies, second or third only to his bullshit "heat allergy" and his 107 degree fevers. It is perfectly explained by the fact he gets blackout wasted and doesn't pass out until 6 in the morning, then wakes up a couple hours after worthless sleep for "DRIVING MUH KEEEEEEDZ AROUND" and then for some reason is passing out in the afternoon.

This faggot does not have narcolepsy.
Nick's range of prescribed medications is classic drug seeking behaviour. Sure, it's legal.
It actually isn't. It's illegal to fabricate reasons for prescriptions. "Writing doctors" whose trade is basically writing fake prescriptions based on faked up diagnoses from lying patients get busted all the time. It isn't very common, but the "patients" could also be busted.

He's probably lying to normal doctors who at least semi-innocently write him these prescriptions, but I'd be amazed if an absolutely degenerate drug addict like skelly doesn't have a few actual outright quacks just overtly writing him fake prescriptions too.
Nick will never get over the fact that somebody as uncool as Kurt can look down on him, and the majority of the world will look at the two of them and agree that Kurt is correct to do so.
As uncool as Kurt is, he is Joe Cool to the power of Fonzie compared to that fucking NERD Rekieta.

My schizo theory is that the marriage has fallen apart and they are separated, hence Kayla being ringless.
The reason this makes sense to me is: Nick's "vetting" of Daggerpussy most obviously and recently, but also going shirtless with ewhores Xia and Camelot numerous times, the farming of winemoms in Locals, and of course April. Would Kayla even give a shit anymore about Nick and who he fucks after all that? I've seen a lot of permissive wives but I can't say a single one of them was happy about it. Mostly it was fear of being a single mother alone, and reputation, that keeps them tolerant. 'End it with April or its divorce' might not have been about any emotion but embarrassment, public humiliation. And of course, money. But if Nick's fucking hookers (as I believe Camelot said) and orgres like Daggerpussy are around, surely Kayla knows about all of these things.

They're probably together in name only, for the sake of appearances, and hopefully for the children. But does anyone really believe Kayla is still in love with Nicholas?

His law license wasn't tied to the LLC, the LLC was established when he got monetized on YT. Rekieta Law was the firm, a sole proprietorship.

Sorry bro, but it's the facts @Dixieland Buckaroo
His Rekieta Law LLC lapsed years ago, as I said. Thanks for looking up what has been checked in thread regularly for several years and posted. Also if you check the filing date for the original filing, in which you posted, you'd note it was 2015, well before he was youtubing.

His ability to practice law is separate. He's deficient in both. You can be a lawyer without an LLC, but I would assume having one provides some protections.

He also had a Rekieta Media LLC, based in Texas. That was presumed to be set up to go after Ron Toye, for... reasons. That also lapsed.

Nick has a habit of speaking disparagingly of women who reject his sexual advances

Why do you hate the mentally disabled?
The same with galaxy gas - which AFAIK isn't even an illicit 'substance' (there's no active chemical component, it just deprives your brain of oxygen).
That's completely wrong. It has psychoactive effects and is a strong dissociative and anesthetic. Otherwise you'd get the same result from just inhaling carbon dioxide and they'd just use carbon dioxide in dentistry.

Here I was using AI for work and didn't think why not check out Norwood Reaper prediction capabilities.

These are obviously AI generated (included tags in the progression images) but damn seems to be great at rendering the Norwood Reaper's work. Seasons don't fear the reaper. Nor do the wind, sun and the rain.

You misunderstand what I'm saying, the state doesn't license individuals, the license is tied to a business entity. The license was tied to Rekieta Law (the sole proprietorship), not Rekieta Law LLC. You can see this by the entity named on his lawyer registration, and further look at the dates the entities were established. The sole proprietorship has been defunct since he started the channel, and likely the only reason he wasn't dinged on this was because he renewed online, and he wasn't practicing (the online may or may not check to see if the entity is still operating, since it's likely automated, I know his insurance didn't check).

u wot m8?

Have you never heard of a "solo practitioner?" You don't need an LLC or any kind of business entity, it's just customary to have one. The fucking DEFINITION of a "sole proprietorship" is that it is UNINCORPORATED. While it is wise for a solo practitioner to have a single-member LLC, it is not obligatory.

It isn't a magical shield of protection, but it can have some tax advantages if you go about it right. While taxes are usually applied to a single-member LLC as if it were a sole proprietorship, you can actually have it treated as a separate entity for tax purposes if you do voodoo I don't understand and have never had a need for.

It also allows you to separate business assets from your own personal assets. Considering it's all stuff you own, it doesn't really make you judgment proof, but you can at least make the prevailing plaintiff or creditor draw down on your segregated business assets instead of your personal assets, and protect against discovery about your personal affairs when they aren't relevant.

The thing about a sole proprietorship is it isn't a separate entity. You do not sue Joe Soap and Soap Joe (a fictitious business name for Joe Soap) as separate entities. They are the same legal personality. But if you sue Dr. Joe Soap and he has an LLC, you will probably be suing Dr. Joe Soap and Dr. Joe Soap LLC.

It's Minnesota, there are probably plenty of doctors happy to hand out scripts paid for by medicare to Somalian fraud rings.

I saw earlier in the thread someone mention Kayla isn't wearing her ring but didn't see it mentioned that Nick is.

My schizo theory is that the marriage has fallen apart and they are separated, hence Kayla being ringless. Nick is wearing his because he has to make it seem like everything's fine when he streams. I think that's actually genuinely more likely than alternative explanations like "she took it off to build legos" or "it's at the jeweler getting repaired/resized" etc.

They aren't divorced, but I feel like Nick's managed to guilt Kayla into a "this is your fault. For the kids we should live together, but I don't love you and I'm gonna fuck whoever I want because I deserve it" situation

Don't know about all that but you can't tell me they were an hour late and never appeared on camera because everything is awesome.

If anyone is guilting Gollum into pretending to be a respectable member of society it's her extended family and/or family services IMO. Nick has some weird humiliation fetish, the more everyone knows what a whore his wife is the better he likes to because the more he gets to defend her. He's literally going to troon out soon and become some sissy hypno BBC weirdo.

Look at the flower tattoo and painted toenails and tell me I'm wrong.

@StarTrak can you say how long before the quover era were they subject to local rumors about "alternative relationships"?

A lot of the writing doctors who actually get busted do exactly this. Cater to a crowd of organized crime (sometimes ethnic) who manufacture diagnoses for a bunch of smurfs, give the smurfs a small cut of the scrips, either in money or pills, then sell the rest on the street or use it to cut other drugs cheaply.

Don't know about all that but you can't tell me they were an hour late and never appeared on camera because everything is awesome.
I am more interested in how he managed to stream for 15 hours with an hour between those back to back streams more than I think about the 1 hour break. He had a 16h streaming schedule, and he streamed to 6:30 AM without dropping his energy significantly.

Crushing up stimulants that are technically prescribed to Ilhan Omar's second cousin twice removed who is simultaneously also her grandfather, great uncle, nephew (and technically niece to get those tranny gibs)

Fully agree, it would make sense if the law firm was an active entity that he operated up until the point of suspension.
Before his lawfirm's LLC was set to expire at the end of 2022, he was already making bank from trial streaming and barely doing anything with his firm.

I (and I think others) have long suspected his plan was to keep doing that, and not really even practice law anymore. Probably while keeping his license active just to have an air of credibility that comes with one being able to say they are a licensed attorney.

Unfortunately, he has since been unmasked as a junkie child abusing faggot who doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about 90% of the time, and whose success at trial streaming was primarily attributable to his panelists (more than a few of whom he has alienated). So I am pretty sure full-time streaming isn't the path forward for him it once was. Sucks to suck.

Well, after doing a little bit of reading you appear to be correct. Most professional licensense are gotten to do business (which Nick did, he established Rekieta Law, the sole proprietorship, in 2015), but it is not a requirement for a lawyer to maintain a business and still be active. I guess the state isn't worried about lawyers paying their taxes.

I'm Nick Rekieta of Rekieta Law (true), a small law firm in central Minnesota" (false, defunct entity).
Practicing law requires a corporate form in MN. Nick's is not only not in good standing (like his law license) but "Rekieta Law LLC" was terminated in 2023. That means it does not have the authority to do business in the state of Minnesota. Did he represent April using any letterhead? I don't think any other representations extended past 2/2023, but I didn't check.).

Reinstatement? A mere $25 plus a single annual fee puts you retroactively active.

His "assumed name," Rekieta Law, expired in 2018, was reinstated in 2019, and expired again in 2021 (in February, so nearly FIVE years ago).

"I'm not currently licensed to practice in Minnesota because my license is suspended, but I am a licensed attorney" (false, Nick is suspended from practice, therefore unlicenced).
And btw, if an owner of a firm is suspended from practice, the firm has 90 days to buy out the ownership interest, or its authority to do business in MN is rescinded.

"It's like, well, that's really interesting, because if I'm not a lawyer, if I'm not a lawyer, then the model rules of professional or Minnesota rules of professional conduct for lawyers cannot apply to me" (The Ethics Board hates this one WEIRD trick!)
He is a "lawyer" in MN for purposes of the PR Rules. He is suspended from practice and cannot practice law, hold himself out as a lawyer, or communicate* in a way that a reasonable person would take to mean he is.

*

7.1

A lawyer shall not make a false or misleading communication about the lawyer or the lawyer's services. A communication is false or misleading if it contains a material misrepresentation of fact of law, or omits a fact necessary to make the statement considered as a whole not materially misleading.

(Amended effective October 1, 2005.)

Comment

[1] This rule governs all communications about a lawyer's services, including advertising. Whatever means are used to make known a lawyer's services, statements about them must be truthful.

[2] Misleading truthful statements are prohibited by this rule. A truthful statement is misleading if it omits a fact necessary to make the lawyer's communication considered as a whole not materially misleading. A truthful statement is misleading if a substantial likelihood exists that it will lead a reasonable person to formulate a specific conclusion about the lawyer or the lawyer's services for which there is no reasonable factual foundation.

Nick seems to think being suspended is a FUNNY and WEIRD state of translucent semi-eligibility, which enables him to present himself as licenced attorney in Minnesota , yet not be subject to the rules of its bar association.
To the extent he has ever communicated that he is a lawyer without disclosing he us suspended/ not authorized to practice in MN, he has violated the Rules. Each and every time.

He definitely needs to push this line of reasoning.

Nick: "If I'm not a lawyer, I'm not bound by your rules."
Bar: "Correct. In that case we move from professional discipline to felony. It's against the law to hold yourself out as eligible to practice law if you are not. We will also disqualify you from ever returning to the bar. Aren't you on probation?"
It's a misdemeanor, but yes.

Not in Minnesota. You must incorporate.

I jumped too fast!

To the extent he has ever communicated that he is a lawyer without disclosing he us suspended/ not authorized to practice in MN, he has violated the Rules. Each and every time.
The way he has been constantly seething each time he has to disclaim that he is not licensed to practice law makes it easy to assume that they are treating those violations more seriously than he would have liked.

His sovereign citizen like explanations of how he is not violating those rules only make it sweeter to watch him squirm.

I love the strays coming through the chyat, and how thin-skinned Nick is. What a complete bitch.
I usually really hate it when people throw money at lolcows to 'felt' them, but knowing Nick is suckling at the teat of his family fortune anyway means $5 here and there don't annoy me as much. His ebegging isn't what makes him a lolcow, Rich or poor, he's just an obnoxious deluded arsehole.
This ignorant, illiterate faggot can't manage to get through a single sentence without not only lying but also being a complete fucking retard.
This is beautiful. Regardless of how strong or weak the case is against him, the sure-fire way to lose is 'these magic words'. He acts like only he has the intellect to discover this catastrophic contradiction and all the other lawyers that went before him... the ones that did actually practice, and did have to apply laws to more cases in a day than Nick has in his career... all those lawyers missed it.

Good luck, Nick. Maybe the answer is somewhere in the CLEs he just can't manage to complete.

I don't know what the hell you are going on and on about.

All @Dixieland Buckaroo is saying is that Nick had an LLC for his law firm in Minnesota, and an LLC for his media empire (*snort*) in Texas, and both have lapsed. He's not wrong.

Nothing Nick does nowadays appears to be done behind a corporate veil. Nick is now as corporationless as he is Apeless (and soon, I guess, hairless).

Did he represent April using any letterhead?
He submitted this:

Name, basic contact details, bar number. No firm, and it doesn't appear to ask for one.
