There is no way in hell that Noah will keep up with doing monthly flights to pick up AND return Ari. That’s four separate 3 hour flights, two of which will be with a toddler, in less than a week span, EVERY MONTH. He will do it like twice, snd then find excuses for why his parents need to do the flights, and his parents won’t wanna keep doing that either. The hand-offs will probably always involve fights and drama, and Ari will get super dysregulated moving between two different households with different rules and routines, and both of them will blame the other for it. Then Noah will bitch about paying child support for a kid he doesn’t really want to see, so he’ll keep trying to get primary custody so he can stop paying. If he succeeds in that he’ll immediately dump Ari on his mom and peace out.

Why doesn't Noah move his ass to Illinois, or at least somewhere closer? I'm serious. Obviously he lives at home and his parents bankroll him and THAT is why he's planning that insane travel schedule. But if there is money for all those plane tickets/hotels/meals out, etc, I don't get why he doesn't move to the nearest cheap area, even if it's an hour or two away by train or car.

I agree that he isn't considering the hardship on the kid to maintain that schedule. And for how long/to what end when she starts REAL school in a year or two and he can't whisk her away for a week per month. It's a stupid plan.

I have no idea how that person-- who could also be Noah, I suppose?-- is getting the documents, if it's paid access or something like MNPublicRecords did over in the Rekieta thread (which was legal and legit).
