Pure cringe. Literally memeshit.

Nick consistently misinterprets "wow look at this retard" with people being uncomfortable.
You point out he's sucking a dick and then he chokes to death on a million cocks to "show" you.

He constantly needs to let us know he's really cool with his dealer. I don't what is that supposed to mean for neither us nor him, except that his brain development ended at 13.
He's definitely paying an asshole tax for that. That's a weed culture thing where you have to hang out a bit afterwards and pretend it's all peace and love (and sometimes actually are friends). Hard drug dealers want you gone. If they put on the buddy act it's because they see a mark and want to upsell you (you know to get as much money from that $20k/month habit guy who will pay top dollar for shit that is half baby laxative as you can).

This retard believes his coke dealer likes him. He believes the stripper likes him. He believes his mom when she tells him he's handsome and smart (he literally testified to that shit). He thinks court is about "magic words." Scalia in particular was scathingly contemptuous about this sovcit level idiocy.

It's amazing he's still willing to show how absolutely stupid he is and how he doesn't understand anything about anything.
In theory, calling someone a whore could be considered defamation, as in legal speak it kinda means prostitute, not someome who sleeps around. Defamation per se also.
Incidentally this is more dumbass magic words reasoning from an incompetent ex-lawyer. Nick is a whore. He thinks just the word "whore" makes it defamatory. That's not how it works. How it works is how the audience is going to understand it, and that generally implies a reasonable audience that the statement reaches.

If I say Nick is a whore, do I mean that he is literally standing on a street corner illegally pursuing a career in prostitution? Not really, and nobody is actually going to think that.

Does it mean that I think he has engaged in disgusting, immoral sexual behavior that any decent person would be ashamed of? Definitely, and he's admitted to such conduct.

Now if I say Kayla gets spitroasted by two conga lines of black bulls that stretch all the way out of the Rekieta residence and a block down the street, is that a statement of fact? Or is it just an insult, reflecting an exaggeration of the self-confessed perversions of Nick's bizarre sex cult?

Again with this shit:

Nick is not lying here about a document involving the children saying that any positive test would be due to accidental exposure. This has been annoying me for a long time that this detail has not been properly captured when discussing this particular incident in this thread. I never brought it up on this thread because I didn't want to come off like defending him, and I don't know where this document is anymore, and it doesn't actually absolve him from bringing that particular wording up in court either later on, but I do remember seeing some document posted in the website before that said that, and then he went on to use the same reasoning in court.

Andrew Wilson will NOT be debating Nick Rekieta. Says it was a mistake to make that twitter post, he wants to stay completely out of that sektur of the internet.

Asked if he knows about the balldo - reiterates he wishes everyone well but he will not be getting involved with anyone from that sektur of the internet. Says he liked Nick's coverage during Rittenhouse, but that's it.

Guess your only option left is alogging, Nick!
Wait a minute, isnt this that fucking fairy that married a woman with 3 baby daddies? I think he's on the whatever podcast with that other twink faggot where they pretend to "debate" stupid whores.

YEAH IT IS :story:

Holy fuck he's even LESS trad than Rekieta. Catholic niggers STAY LOSING.

Like a small child trying to blame his imaginary friend for something he did, Nick obviously coached his kids to give those answers. They aren't something a child would ordinarily say. Nick is such a retard he doesn't even realize how transparently bogus his idiotic lies are even when told that nobody believes him.

I have no idea if he coached or not because we haven't seen the transcript of those interviews, and in the comment linked above from youtube he's saying that the kids were asked that question as a yes/no type of question rather than they answered with that wording on their own. Separate from his comment, I think I saw that same wording in some sort of intake document sent to the court I think, explaining that they were waiting for results. I don't remember, but I remember to have seen it posted here.

I think it was part of a transcript where the children's lawyer was advocating it.

Yes, Nick used language CPS had used on some of the children. Yet this doesn't take away certain things.

1. Nick had no business speaking when he did.
2. It's an odd thing to say anyway, kinda like, "Even if a test is positive, she got the cocaine elsewhere, therefore I'm a responsible parent. The cocaine I had in my crack den and me fucked up on that video is a coincidence."
3. To normies, it looks like he wants to get ahead of something.

The best case you could make for Nick in that scenario is that he is just very retarded and thought CPS would be ok with a positive test if it wasn't from his stash. Lols.

He looks even worse when he starts his various and mutually exclusive theories about how the test then came.

1. Cop rubbed it in hair.
2. Well 1 out of 5 children would test positive.
3. Maybe it was Aaron..
4. CPS knew it was bullshit and didn't do anything based on it, even though they used it in the CPS transcripts not to return.

I'm missing some. Someone fill in the rest.

According to Nick as recetly as days ago, ADHD people don't react the same to stimulants. That's the ADHD daughter. Nick was dosing her food/water as a home remedy for ADHD. I'd bet my left testicle on it.

To play the Devil's advocate, he brought that up as it had been mentioned in court that drug tests results were still pending, so he could very well be arguing that there was no need to wait for the results to have the children returned to him because the results don't really matter (IT DOESNT REALLY MATTER, SEAN). Now, back to what I actually believe, Im not that naive, and don't believe any such thing as an accidental exposure ever occurred there. As you mentioned, the fact he tried so hard to put the blame elsewhere tells me he knows exactly what happened, I believe.

I have the relevant snippets here

The petition can be found here, shared by MNPublicRecords2

The lie is that he was just reading from the petition - he's not, he's going from memory, you can tell because he uses completely different verbiage than the petition. Here's the post with the transcript

The context is he's asking the Judge to let the kids stay with their grandparents and to grant Nick and Kayla visitation. The reason the lie matters is because the "if they piss hot they said it wasn't from me" part doesn't really fit with the rest in what he's talking about. He wasn't reading from the petition, he just blurted it out, it looks a lot like he was trying to get ahead of the positive test he knew was coming.

Side note - I forgot about this snippet. Alisha Sweep noted there were alcohol bottles all over the place, including the kitchen, just like the bodycam viewers. Just another piece of evidence that proves that the photos Nick showed of his kitchen were post-raid and post-cleanup.

Another side note - someone leaked, I forget who, that Nick got trespassed from the local HHS. I totally forgot that that's where their early visitation was. No doubt in my mind that Nick sperged out there and got kicked out.

Now, back to what I actually believe, Im not that naive, and don't believe any such thing as an accidental exposure ever occurred there.
Well, like I pointed out, the only reasonable possible explanation consistent with the known facts that is relatively "innocent" is the child did deliberately ingest or otherwise dose with cocaine, but didn't know what it was. That would still make Nick a gargantuan piece of shit.

We don't really know whether or not this is possible, although they could have tested for whether it was a one time dose or whether the hair test showed consistent use over a prolonged period.

If it were just environmental exposure, you'd expect the other kids to test just as high.
2. It's an odd thing to say anyway, kinda like, "Even if a test is positive, she got the cocaine elsewhere, therefore I'm a responsible parent. The cocaine I had in my crack den and me fucked up on that video is a coincidence."
And CPS was just supposed to believe this retard claiming he was just keeping the weed in his sock drawer for a friend. Just child-tier lies.

If someone is living in a filthy trap house with cocaine and other drugs lying around everywhere, feet high in garbage and barely traversible, why would the cause of a child living there testing positive for cocaine involve anyone else other than the completely mentally broken crackhead who owns the house?

The lie is that he was just reading from the petition
Yes he was paraphrasing the petition. I wouldn't go as far as saying this is a lie

He wasn't literally reading from the petition, but he was paraphrasing, possibly because he immediately took that wording as a legal defence that he could corroborate with the filing. Nick was clinging to whatever he could that helped his case, so I'm not surprised he immediately clocked that wording on the petition, and was eager to use it when necessary. I understand that he was talking about several other things, but there had been mention in court of the pending drug tests.

We don't really know whether or not this is possible, although they could have tested for whether it was a one time dose or whether the hair test showed consistent use over a prolonged period.

If it were just environmental exposure, you'd expect the other kids to test just as high.
Correct, we don't know, but with this particular event, I think Nick is past the point of receiving the benefit of the doubt, because his actions, at least to me, seem to be consistent with a person who was completely enamoured with a substance, and even people close to him, like Camelot, have speculated on why he would think Cocaine had medicinal uses. Im sorry, but it takes a lot of faith to believe there was some sort of accidental exposure of a high amount, that went undetected by everyone, including the child.

Nick (the guy that openly brags about how much coke he had in his house) expects me to believe he's such a cool guy that he's hanging out with major league drug dealers, and simultaneously expects me to believe that his kid wasn't drugged, and even if she was drugged, it was someone else's drugs that were in her system.

I never fail to be amazed at how big of a faggot this faggot is.

To play the Devil's advocate
Why? Rekieta is a constant compulsive liar. Why bother to run some sort of obscure analysis on a situation where a compulsive liar who dosed his "favorite" daughter is obviously guilty of some heinous shit? It's a year and more old, he's been exposed a hundred other ways. To attempt to give him a shred of credibility on this is laughable.

Yes he was paraphrasing the petition. I wouldn't go as far as saying this is a lie
The lie is when he tells this story, he says he was quoting the petition verbatim, he says he was reading it off of the paper directly. I know it seems small, but he says that to try and obscure that he brought it up and emphasized it himself in what I believe to be an obvious attempt to get ahead of the upcoming positive test.

Why? Rekieta is a constant compulsive liar.
I wasn't trying to defend Rekiata. I was speculating other potential reasons why he could have interjected, because it is not too wild to consider other possibilities. I have already explained in my comments above what I think of this whole story. I don't give Rekieta any benefit of the doubt with the whole positive test. It is my belief it was intentional exposure. Of course there are more questions that ensue from this first one: was the drug ingested orally, or insufflated? Did the child knew they were being fed the substance?

The lie is when he tells this story, he says he was quoting the petition verbatim, he says he was reading it off of the paper directly.
I mean, sure, I guess this is not as accurate, but ultimately he was paraphrasing the petition's wording. It feels a bit pedantic to call it a lie when it could be just a case of him being hyperbolic.

Let me clarify my point why is very much possible that Rekieta brought that up because it was mentioned in the petition. It could very well be, if you believe that Rekieta dosed his child, that Rekiata knew what the result would be and his plain was to say "I have no idea how this happened". But then he saw the petition saying something along the lines of "a positive test can only be the result of unintentional exposure", and he seized on that wording from CPS to absolve himself, as they said it first. That's my point.

You're like a one person tripod discussion.

In actual news did Rekieta mention having a job as in he has a nepo job again now? His latest lie lasagna is intense and a real battle to sift thru. He's an addict! He's not addicted! Drugs don't work on him! It wasn't tru until it was! His kids didn't know! It's funny and weird!

Im sorry, but it takes a lot of faith to believe there was some sort of accidental exposure of a high amount, that went undetected by everyone, including the child.
It's not really "faith," because even this case involves him exposing a small child to potentially lethal quantities of cocaine then not taking her to the hospital. Somewhere in the time window that could have caused these conclusively positive test results, Nick was whining about having to stay up all night because of some health emergency involving a child.

That very well could have been a severe drug overdose that he didn't take her to the hospital for.
