For everyone celebrating the return of cars we actually want, a little dose of reality (that I wish wasn't true):

Tooling up to release new models takes years, and in the meantime the evil that runs and still owns car manufacturers A) they WANT the cafe standards back B) they KNOW the next demonrat in office will undo all that temp Trump shit.

Those 2 door small pickup trucks sure were handy tho. Thanks Blackrock/Vanguard/<other jewishness here>

Somewhere around the 2010's, Trucks became less of a functional vehicle, and more of a luxury identity symbol. I get some boys will always want big toys, but shit has gotten out of hand when you need a camera on your hood to make sure you don't run full size adults over because your plastic RAM grill is 8' off the ground.
I am honestly surprised no one has come up with a periscope camera setup for normal sized cars. When I drive my not very big car to the store I park very far away to make sure I have sight lines when I am leaving. Park too close you end up between two monster trucks and you might get nailed backing out.

Not only should judges face criminal consequences when their bullshit gets overturned, so should legislators. If you pass a law that's deemed unconstitutional, you should do time in jail. There's no good reason why judges, who determine people's fate, and legislators, who determine the rules we all live under, are for some reason given less accountability than other people, who don't have any of these powers.
the problem comes down to which institutions get to wield power over each other

like, who gets to decide whether a law that was passed is unconstitutional and send the lawmakers to prison? some court? then the judicial branch now has supreme power over the legislative.
likewise, who gets to decide that a judges ruling was so bad that he should be jailed for issuing it? if it's some higher court then you're still stuck with the problem of unlimited and unchecked judicial power, and if it's the legislature then you get a deadlock situation where the lawmakers say "the judges are wrong, jail them!" while the judges say "no it's the lawmakers who are wrong, jail them instead!" which isn't really a solution either.

People keep saying this without suggesting who that person will be. I know they could do the Obama thing can pull some charismatic nobody out of the weeds, but that trick is only going to work once, and I don't know if the modern democrats even know what "likable" looks like anymore.

What a needlessly cruel thing to say. You may as well say those kids in the cancer ward secretly love it because their bald asses will get to meet John Cena and Santa Claus.
I’m allowed, I grew up with a schizophrenic mom.

So besides having a right to be generally salty and dickish on the subject, I also have firsthand perspective.

Strong emotion is like a drug. Psychosis is similar to manic states. Do you think a manic depressive prefers depression or mania?

This is why I will always use scare quotes when mentioning how schizos “forget” to take their meds. They “forget”, and you find their meds in the trash

This is one of the most harrowing depictions of modern war

HUNDREDS of billions BTW

What's amazing is even for PBS propaganda it makes the whole thing seem pointless. Just having people with eyes in the sky acting like "you got it bro, kill the fucker bro" while they're in no worry and really playing up the compassion for the cameras, the soldiers not being well trained and just pretending they know how to advance and basically being the idiot on the team a shit k/d ratio telling others what they're doing wrong, all for it to be for nothing. It's all a front, all fake, just pretending it matters. The only thing that mattered the whole time was seeing a cat in Andriivka and being nice to it.

Near the end at the funeral for a guy who died (spoiler) there's a mother who says "they'll kill all of them (their sons)" where the PBS people act like she's saying Russians, but it's clear it's the Ukrainian government.

All so some busted ukrainian pornstar can pose with wounded soldiers.

For the second time, you attribute to schizophrenia what's better-explained by being a woman.

Worse a dem candidate has to appeal to center-left voters who are barely voting DNC anymore and the psychotics dangling their feet over the left cliff.

It would serve to galvanize Trump's base which is a positive. And in times where "nothing ever happens", a seemingly real threat (passing Congress) could be the attitude adjustment (for the Judges) everyone's been looking for.
The main thing the House initiating an impeachment investigation does is allow them to start issuing enforceable subpoenas against the Judges and their associates.

It does not fucking matter if the Senate refuses to remove the judge on the initial allegations, if the judge refuses to comply with subpoenas or commits perjury during hearings, which should absolutely be held outside the DC circuit's jurisdiction, those process crimes can be used to remove them (after killing the filibuster not) or force recusal, hound them into bankruptcy, etc.

The House refusing to move forward with a formal Impeachment inquiry on every one of the judges is just more intentional, gentlemen loser faggotry on the part of Johnson.

Try being like six years old, learning to cope with having school in the morning, but it’s 3 am and your mom is cackling while talking to what she believes are demons

Where is this noble schizo concept you’re championing coming from? They’re actually horrible to be around

I’m pretty sure most women do that tbf

But let me provide an example of how schizos are irreparably broken and this is all a bunch of false hope
I don't think you actually looked at what I posted. The smaller trials are showing symptoms improving including hallucinations. It's not theyre hallucinating and self-aware it's that the visual and auditory hallucinations are going away at least in the people who reached clinical remission.

If you want an example of someone following the therapy I said the YouTube channel "living after schizophrenia" is a first person account going from medication based management to metabolic therapy.

As long as she sticks to the same therapy discussed in the papers I linked she does not experience psychosis or hallucinations and she works with a specialist to help when she gets off track.

Perhaps because of your experience you're more pessimistic but with proper therapies people can get actually better, at least some of them, with newer treatments. Without the side effects from the brain sludge inducing meds.

This is one of the most harrowing depictions of modern war
The sad thing is this is not a depiction of modern warfare. Its a depiction of turn of the 20th century warfare. Neither Russia or Ukraine have the capability of fighting a modern battle which involves a whole suite of technologies and military equipment that Ukraine just straight up does not possess, and Russia does not possess in sufficient quantities to matter overly much.

Trench Warfare occurs when both sides lack the capacity to engage in maneuver warfare. The only difference between Pokrovsk and the Somme is the filming tech is better now and the aerial observation can be done by remote control.

To cure schizophrenia, we should cut off their face and replace it with a clowns face like in the movie face off, and when they wake up from the surgery only speak Esperanto to them.
