It was stated up front that at least names of victims would be redacted and people kept demanding the files now! now! now! So unless someone comes out and says, "Oh yeah we redacted this <really damning information>." this is just noise.

I have a theory that this is partly because America spent much of the 20th century at war with various groups of Asians (Japanese, Koreans, Filipinos, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.), and ended up with a bunch living here regardless of whether or not we won, lost, or drew against them. Ultimately the Asians didn't cause that many problems in the long run (well, not society destroying ones anyway and discounting the new wave of CCP Chinese that are blatantly loyal to China before the US) and the boomers in charge thought doing the same thing with a bunch of brownoid Muslims would go just as well.
