The state is becoming more racially and ethnically diverse, with the Hispanic/Latino population growing the fastest. The elderly population is also expanding significantly, while the number of younger residents is decreasing. Additionally, there is a major trend of migration towards urban areas.

Haven't lived in Tennessee for several years, but my mother says she's fairly confident. It's just a matter of ensuring enough lazy Repubs actually get off their asses and vote.
Republicans are lethargic at the best of times, and living in a deep red state during an off-year election is just asking for them to sleep through it.
