Good ole boy Judge Jeff Boasberg has said that he will not show up for his hearing before the Senate committee on rogue judges. He and judge Deborah Boardman, who was the one who said Trump can't use the Alien Enemies Act to deport anyone. Also note that both of these rulings were later overturned by higher courts.

He cites the powers of the judiciary to not be accountable to a Senate Committee...which is a stretch to say the least. Also worthy of note Boasberg is re-opening the contempt order vs Trump and is also refusing to answer any questions on his role in the FBI's Operation Frost, it was Boasberg who OK'd all the subpoena's on GoP members of Congress and the Trump Election group.

Both of these judges are the leading edge of the DNC's legal attack on the Trump Administration and are openly flaunting their anti-Trump biases in both their courts and the press.

Lets see what happens next.

I think Boasberg knows he's in deep shit now. It's not the Trump stuff, although his rulings and power tripping are out of control, but it will be his OK'ing of the subpoenas for Arctic Frost that will kill him.

Pissing on Trump is one thing, the Uni-Party can get behind that but Old Jeb signed many wide ranging subpoenas on powerful Republicans on almost no grounds. The Zodiac found out that the FBI had access to all his phone record, all his inter-net usage, his government emails and his personal emails from the whistle blower and he was pissed. Jeb added a NDC to every outgoing subpoena so the person being watched could not be alerted to being watched. There are at least 9 GoP Senators who Jeb handed out blank usage subpoenas on and probably a lot more then that.

You can shit on Trump all you want but spying on a shit tonne of GoP Senators without their knowledge is placing them in danger, you know do to every politician being corrupt as hell, and they won't stand for that.

I think Jeb and Deb are in for a world of pain. Funny that tearing down the justice system won't be what gets them disbarred but rather putting Senator's in harms way while they grift.
