Attention people of Pennsylvania:
It is illegal for Governor Josh Shapiro to force people to fuck goats. If Governor Josh Shapiro tries to force you to fuck a goat, let us know and we will help you. Obviously, I'm not saying Governor Josh Shapiro HAS forced someone to fuck a goat. All I'm saying is that if I didn't send this message, something very bad involving goats was going to happen.
Should we burn his house down just to be sure?

Good thing he’s not a vegetable.

Please god PLEASE!!!
It is inevitable but it will hit some areas much harder than others as always. I know some people who do kind of behind the scenes stuff when it comes to real estate transactions and they are very busy and have been.
I guess they think if they keep dragging this horse out enough people will agree to it but I will not and I expect I am in the majority. I agree with James Woods. You know who else used to as well? Rand Paul. Too bad he is more concerned with going to bat for poison pushers these days.

How exactly does a price correction happen in this case?
Nobodys buying dude. The markets propped up by the upper 20% and wealthy foreigners and people feeling blue states but those people can only buy and sell so many homes. Zoomers and millennials have been priced out so there zero demand from them at current prices. Demands drying up, a bunch of people are going to learn to hard truth about what happens when you leave your young population without anything. This year finally feels like the issues of the covid economy are catching up with the country.

Fun thing I saw today:

Bing news had an article up about Alina Habba being disqualified. It is there right now. About 40 minutes after it was first posted this morning, they changed the thumbnail to a less flattering picture of Habba.

They are barely people.

You nailed that the behavior stems back to the posting/moderation rules of r/the_donald. I have an effort post on the topic that I really need to clean up and finish.

Cliff Notes version is that the posting rules/etiquette/culture that were basically mandated out of necessity for The_Donald to survive on Reddit w/o being banned/successfully co-opted (arguable) have had permanent 2nd and 3rd order effects on the discourse on nearly all platforms and Irl.
I always like using the successor site patriots.win as my barometer of what the NPC MAGA narrative is. They Fed post constantly about things they'll probably forget about by the end of the week and whine about how "Soros funded DNC pedophile infiltrators" left a downvote on one of their retarded posts.
I'd be really interested to see your full effort post since I thought all the stupid kafabe virtue signaling and mandatory support for every Trump position was the result of the Reddit karma system, not trying to avoid getting banned.

To bring it to a granular level, you have these people who saw a peak price for their home on Zillow a couple years ago and they believe in “manifesting” things in their lives by being unreasonable cunts until everyone else around them decides it’s not worth fighting

Well, some way or another, the banks are going to out-maneuver everyone and take their houses for pennies on the dollar as some part of archaic Medicare reimbursement procedures and auction the shit off

THEN and only THEN will there be a “correction”

In addition to the fact that public transit only exists to shuttle undesirables around there's the simple fact that almost all public transit advocates (and not just in America) are first and foremost more concerned with making things more expensive and inconvenient for car drivers than anything else. They don't care if the walkable/bikeable infrastructure they get is shit as long as it makes the carbrained chuds suffer (a general mindset that leftoids pretend is exclusive to right-wingers).
THIS!!!!!!

In the town I live in a project is underway to replace some long-unused railroad tracks and put down a road to be used as a bus lane to a town maybe five miles south. This town is primarily made up of big-box stores, not that many people. At best, if you wanted to go to Monterey via that bus you'd need to transfer but there are already buses going directly to Monterey. Don't ever see that particular bus carrying many people, let alone enough to make back the $92 million and counting being spent on this boondoggle and turn a profit. Even worse, this 'project' has caused the removal of part of one lane through one of the main drags of town, backing up traffic during the morning rush hour. Have heard the transit people may be coming back to us for even more money for this thing, which would require an election to raise taxes. Fuck that shit, to the max.
