So there is this hell hole called china that liberalized in the 70s through to 2013. There was a yuuge amount of economic growth.

Smart chinese understood that "politics" is sleeping but could wake up and they might be on the wrong side of it.

So they took as much money as they could and fled china to places like australia and canada, and even the UK. They took the money and put it into property there. A place where the goverment of china cant "steal" it back.

The goverments of those places enjoyed and welcomed the money coming in.

The US had the japanese buying up a shit ton of stuff only for their bubble to pop and they had to sell it.

As others have pointed out we can reduce the price of homes if we increase supply while reducing demand, aka kicking the illegals out.

Blacksonte (not blackrock) has a company called inventation homes that owns about 100,000 SFH

Most big buisness land lords are REITS that own city block sized complexes because again economies of scale
Blackrock is actually a blackstone spinoff.

But like, even as bad as blackstone is, at least if they’re domestic the profits don’t just get siphoned off to the third world. Tricon Residential is a fucking Canadian company that owns 37,000 single family homes in the US just to rent them back to us. You probably never even heard of them!

Also literally jeets and chiniggers destroyed Airbnb. As obnoxious as Becky McFlipperoni is, her customer, the only person who would buy her terrible renovation, is some dude who is literally never going to see the unit he bought to rent back to Americans

Trump’s approval rate is climbing:

Wow… maybe when you reopen the government and start focusing on domestic issues, people like you more? Crazy.
Weird. Just days ago, Harry Enten made a big deal out of Trump's low approval numbers. But you're likely to expect that from CNN.

Now this is the tin foil hat shit I signed up for

JAMA: Maternal Urinary Fluoride and Child Neurobehavior at Age 36 Months (L | A)

Findings
In this cohort study of 229 pregnant women and their children, a 0.68 mg/L (ie, 1 IQR) increase in specific gravity–adjusted maternal urinary fluoride during pregnancy was associated with nearly double the odds of T scores for total child neurobehavioral problems being in the borderline clinical or clinical range.

Associations of MUFSG with raw scores for CBCL syndrome scales and DSM-5–oriented scales are presented in Table 3. A 1-IQR increase in MUFSG was associated with a 13.54% increase in raw scores for the Emotionally Reactive CBCL syndrome scale (B = 0.13; 95% CI, 0.02-0.24; P = .02), and a 19.60% increase in raw scores for the Somatic Complaints CBCL syndrome scale (B = 0.18; 95% CI, 0.07-0.28; P = .001). Additionally, a 1-IQR increase in MUFSG was associated with an 11.29% increase in scores on the DSM-5–oriented Anxiety Problems scale of the CBCL (B = 0.11; 95% CI, 0.003-0.21; P = .045) and an 18.53% increase in scores on the DSM-5–oriented Autism Spectrum Problems scale of the CBCL (B = 0.17; 95% CI, 0.04-0.30; P = .009).

I think we just need more trains. Especially more freight to get rid of those horrible semis piloted by dullards.
Unless it's a fleet of trucks going to the exact same place, you won't see semis replaced by trains.

Polls are always going to be fuzzy. I still can't get over being doompilled about Tennessee's election and Emerson polling. "It's just one poll," I tell myself, but even then the machine can pull 2.5% out of nothing. Unless that's after the numbers are cooked.

This is the boomer version of the breakfast question.

"Why corrupt megacorporation good?"
"Because money durr"
Private equity doesn't actually create wealth, because the playbook is always "cut expenditures and sell assets" and redirecting money out of the company. Anything you liked about the company (stores, services, etc.) is gone and employees get fucked.

I am very tired of jeets. I am more disdainful of jeets than any other demographic. I’m tired of dealing with them in every way imaginable, I’m tired of hearing their accents. I’m tired of their scam calls. I’m tired of them stealing and taking jobs. I’m tired of them in public. I want 99% of them to go home. A couple of them are ok but they’re very very rare.

They treat countries the same way. They want to profit off selling us out one part at a time.

It would be nice if people in this country fantasized about building their own businesses and keeping them private. But everyone just wants to sell out ASAP. "Get that bag" culture. I've seen so many tools in my line of work become prominent and widely-used because of a good value proposition. Then at the first opportunity the founder sells out and the product becomes stagnant and the new owners just collect rent and find new ways to monetize it. Our economy sucks because much of it is a shell game like this.

This is one of the few things I can commend Elong on. If SpaceX IPO’d, there’s no way they’d be anywhere near as successful as they are today.

In an update to this article, scientists have now confirmed that America has the largest deposit of lithium in the world (source/archive).
  • Resource suddenly becomes critically important to the global economy
  • America's enemies have it in massive quantities
  • "This is the end of American hegemony! Welcome to the new world order!"
  • Largest supply of said resource on the planet suddenly found somewhere in America >You Are Here<
So much winning, we will get tired of winning.

The problem is that it's hideously expensive to run a business. Domino's was founded on a $500 down payment, just about less than $5,500 today. There is no scenario where you can buy an existing operating restaurant in an area with traffic, for less than $10k. I think all these businesses being so indebted to the bank means they put more pressure on selling out.

And the Uniparty will do everything possible to make it so that we do not use this resource under the guise of "MUH ENVIRONMENT!"
