Fucking wild that we're at the point where the "Best campaign in modern US history" is to just tell people you'll try to make the country better instead of sending all our money to Africa and importing all the shitskins.
I was talking more about:
- Going in for round 2 dispite all the shit they put him through during the 2020s
- Not only did he survive an assassination attempt, but he absolutely seized the moment which greatly bolster his support
- Made inroads with demographics traditionally GoP struggled with
- Picked a solid VP that was a good foil to Trump's bombastic style
-Upped his meme game and had some amazing stunts like the McDonald's rally
- Entered the podcast circuit which will now be a staple for elections from here on out
- Pulled in some powerful allies to help grow his platform
- Had an idea of what shenanigans the dems would use and was more ready this time to counter them.
The fact that Gavin Newsom is playing around with Trump's strategy trying to meme, being rude and agressive against opponents, and going on streams and podcasts shows how effective Trump's strategies were. Regardless how his actual term ends up, his 2024 election introduced a whole new playbook on how to campaign that will be the new standard.
