Let’s stop slapfighting. There’s a more important matter on hand.

Who will you vote for?
When racists who actually deserved the award don't even get a nod at the Antisemitism Awards, you know the show is run by Jews. All I'm saying is 'Heil Hitler' should have guaranteed Kanye a spot, and there's a suspicious lack of Catboy.

That's because the company probably gave you what was basically a IQ Test and then found out it was worth to train you.

The SC took that away so jobs made people go to college as a soft filter. That has also been taken away.
I was hired long after Griggs vs Duke Power, so was most of my team, even the old timers. That decision was in 1971, long before the majority of white collar jobs required a degree. That didn't happen till the late 90s or early 2000s. Employers are allowed to give aptitude tests that are directly related to the job. Tech companies still give the equivalent of IQ tests. That's what those problem solving questions are that Google and others tech companies give in interviews. They are very similar to problem solving questions in IQ tests.

Employers pushing off the responsibility of vetting employees into colleges happened well after the 1971 decision. While no doubt it contributed, most of the blame goes to executives who deciding to save money by cutting training programs and paying for testing so line goes up for the quarter. Blame also goes to how corporations restructured hiring practices in the 2000s by cutting the influence of managers during the hiring process and handing most of it over to retarded HR drones.

Kanye apologized to Rabbi Pinto and Nick was on it last year

It makes me angry they call ms rachel an anti-semite. she's a wonderful lady that just cares about kids.
Ms Rachel being included shows that they still don't care about optics. She did meet with a Palestinian journalist who supported Oct 7th but come on

Biden had late stage cancer, Kamala had no policies and no plan besides cackling everytime someone asked a question, and Tim Walz was either covering up or outright involved in a huge fraud scandal that's just now coming out. It boggles the mind how bad the Dem ticket was in 2024. Literally nothing but incompetent crooks.

They still got close thanks to the fraud machine waiting in the wings.

So what, who cares who she talks too. A lot of people seen the shit going down in gaza and was disgusted with how many children were killed. I really think a lot of people don't realise how horrific that shit was, and it was pushed so hard on social media. I honestly don't give a shit about gaza, or israel, but that stuff bugs me.

The fraud machine was in full force. Trump only won because he ran the best campaign in modern US history.
As blackpilled as I get about the way Trump actually governs — as buttmad and hatted as I might get at some of our lower-IQ regulars — I still love, and always will love, Trump winning 3 elections in a row despite every form of legal and political malfeasance you could possibly throw into his path.

Until the propaganda machine of the enemy is turned off, the normies won't be re-programmable.
