You can say this all you want, but for at least 50+ years this has been the narrative. There is nothing you can do. Plenty of men have gone to a bar, banged some chick, bam. She's 16. You're going to jail. No judge will save you. No it doesn't matter if she showed everyone a fake ID. It is your responsibility to be able to spot a fake ID somehow and it is your responsibility to be psychic and detect this. There's dozens of cases like this and they all read the same. Entrapment doesn't apply because judges are the biggest simps of them all and will always side with the innocent young woman 9 times out of 10.
Yup. Witness Traci Lords. Most popular porn actress during the entirety of her career. Turned out she started shooting porn at 15 years old, via fake documents she obtained herself (including phone birth certificate and driver's license). Despite producers doing their due diligence, when her fraud was discovered, dozens of people were charged with an assortment of sexual crimes. Actors, producers, directors, camera operators, business owners, you name it -- all of them were expected to detect or psychically glean fraudulent documents and refuse to work with her, and no excuse was good enough.
Ultimately no one was convicted from that debacle, but that skank destroyed dozens of lives and businesses through deliberate deception, and walked away without a scratch.
Not once did anyone even entertain the notion of punishing her in any way for her actions. She even has a modest (D-list tier) career to show for it. I suspect she flexed her only real "talents" on the various casting couches she warmed when launching her mainstream career, because course she's utterly dreadful, can't act or sing, but nevertheless she wasn't blacklisted from showbiz for fucking over an entire subgenre of the field.
It's ridiculous that kind of blatant fraud is permitted, never punished, and ensnares the innocent instead.
