- Nick never did meth. It's "terrifying". Bone density issues and meth mouth are among the worst side effects.

- His county is fairly small and humble. Coke is less expensive than he thought it would be.

- Long rant about Provigil for an ADHD brain. He's pretty sure it's a dopamine reuptake inhibitor. Provigil was developed by the government for bomber pilots; it's pretty amazing; people with ADHD get overwhelmed easily. Provigil helps him to not be exhausted and overwhelmed.

- He has a vitamin B12 deficiency due to his drug use but it could have been caused by his depression afterward when he wasn't eating right. Otherwise he has no negative health issues from the drug use.After his arrest he spent lots of days just "sulking".

- People exaggerate how many drugs he was doing. He hung out with people doing much more. His life looked very normal during this time. It was not a "drug fueled orgy",

- It makes no sense that caffeine, sugar, and nicotine are also mood altering but everyone does those.

- His moral beliefs about drugs is different from most people. It is what it is. It's always hard when you disagree with most people.

- Most of the drinking he did was on the show.

- He often felt anxious about doing the show. Drugs helped.

- Coke has a risk of high blood pressure due to vascular constriction. The bigger issue is that it makes you able to tolerate alcohol and other drugs easier.

- Please don't mistake his mirth about his drug use to be an endorsement.

It's not really the same thing though, when you actually watch the debate in question (as all of this comes up). His wife's first husband abandoned her, and the second one horribly physically abused her. But her children were all born in long-term relationships, not from casual sex or cheating or anything like that. Now, she chose badly with those two, yes, even she says that. But apparently they've been married for 18 years now, so, obviously she's not hopping around constantly.

From what I've seen, Andrew does talk about what's *ideal* in terms of relationships, but that doesn't mean every situation is perfect etc., because of course not. He's a debater, that's all, and he argues for what he thinks is best. I disagree with some of the stuff I've seen him say but nothing that contradicts that he's clearly there to debate from his worldview, not be some big advocate/representative for Christianity or something like that. A lot of people see small clips and then judge everything from that, they don't want to actually understand what's been said, so they assume he's something he's not.
