Dry beans, rice and broth/stock, add carrots/peppers if you care, for a family of 5 that's like $6, tops. Pull the meat off of a $4.99 rotisserie chicken and process the bones for the next round of stock.

If you need an inexpensive source of clean carbs/calories, this cat's planter method for potatoes is insanely productive/effective with very minimal time invested and can be done even on an apartment balcony.

The dems doing this in the US is really weird since the US has very good domestic security. The Democrats funded groups in Israel that urged soldiers to disobey orders or not show up to reserve duty to protest the judicial reform:

I think these NGOs share tactics without regarding how they work in different countries. In the US, the military can afford to have the occasional retard refuse legal orders.

I’m a big fan of the “plov” dynasty of one pot meals.

Take a stock pot, put a little oil on the bottom and start browning some kind of meat, if you want onions or garlic this is the time for them, and then bury it all with rice

If you want to add stuff that needs to boil, put it in with the rice. If you want something steamed like broccoli, put it on top of the rice. By the time the rice is done, you can just stir it up and get the meaty flavor all through there

@Bindo I had a bad experience with Walmart rotisserie chickens so I generally don’t go there. It’s actually usually around $9 to get a whole raw chicken at my local supermarket, which is a bit bigger, and the benefit is if you cook it in a Dutch oven with vegetables, the veggies are like, boiled in chicken juice.

thats one of the funnier jokes Ive read on here, obviously im a little biased but your a funny fucker.

The horse thing pisses me off to, I dont believe it either but thats the story they give us.
