Grok and ChatGPT are definitely the only two worth using. Gemini’s only use is that it can go through multiple files in a google drive, which is useful when your whole company uses the same drive and there’s thousands of files in it.
Grok doesn't depend, it seems, as much on user mass data. Gemini on your google drive will scrape all that and send it to their HQ. That drive might as well be google's happy fun house.
They already build awful copilot laptops. The only thing I find amusing about copilot is the official Clippy skin, but having an AI powered clippy isn’t worth it even for nostalgia points

funfact about those laptops most of them I believe are arm based laptops because the AI runs on a seporate npu chip.
MS has been pretty well for a long time with that jeet CEO, but at this point they better come up with some new OS system that's superior and something to go forward with. I've noticed MS hasn't been talking about 12 in a long time, they keep putting it off. It's not a good look that the said 10 was forever (like idiot Apple X forever) and also going lazy and just 'AI will take over 11'.

Wasn't that kind of the 'new mecca' thing in the Riddick stories? Anyway, having one of your biggest 'pillars' being a stronghold from the old times is a proof that it's dumb. The Jews have the 3rd temple which would be at that place, but it's esoteric. A few salted nukes in that dumb mecca would made it all go away. W missed the chance on nuking it.

Copilot isn't exactly a separate LLM, at least not the VS Code integration. You can pick which model you want it to use (chatGPT4/5, Gemini, etc.) which helps a lot, and it has the context of your project which makes it...passable. not great by any stretch but it can generate boilerplate code reasonably well. The problem is it has the memory of a goldfish and loses the plot very easily, and starts writing jeet code if you don't rein it in. It's also decent at writing comments which can be handy. Overall I don't think it's awful if you know how to use it, but you have to understand its limitations or you'll spend more time debugging AI-generated code than writing it yourself. With the premium models like gpt5 I've heard it's much more capable but I haven't tried those myself so YMMV
