dunno, really. in my armchair psychology coursebook it speaks of a desperate, totally subconscious and overwhelming need to get from a life partner what should have been given by a parent - unconditional love, in the environment that consists of just "me and you", to the exclusion of everything and everyone else. I'm simplifying things here, of course.When I think about reactive attachment disorder, I guess I'm imagining more of a Nickocado Avocado kind of situation (Ukrainian orphan, needs weren't met in infancy). Is...is this what it looks like in women?
