Aight can I pivot the convo a little bit to US shipbuilding, at the very beginning of his presidency Trump passed the SHIPS act which was this sweeping act to reinvigorate US shipping but 7 months later we are still at 0.02% of world ship building and falling

Expert here explains it better but basically we are struggling just to maintain our current fleet size, forget expanding.

We dont have enough well trained workers, funding, or experienced companys
