The important question at hand, the future of the tarrifs. If the judiciary ends the tarrifs any hope of rebuilding industry in this country is gone. Trying to pass it off to Congress would be essentially the same as axing them completely. Will try following through with his threats to disregard the supreme Court or will he cuck?
If they rule against him, Trump's best bet is to use the Trade Act of 1974 to implement 15% tariffs for 150 days while hammering out individual tariffs on a country-by-country basis, but it's still a massive pain in the ass that we really don't need to waste time dealing with currently.

If they rule against him
It's not a matter of if, but when. The SC will absolutely rule against him and it will be a disaster for all of us.

I highly doubt he would go through with that, and even if he did activist judges will strike him down anyway.

There's nothing to react because nothing is even clear. Well, except that nobody here will give Trump any shit for implying he might ignore a court order (was blasphemy not too long back)
Well Nevada in particular isn’t using any internal funds I know of to fund anything so if they are giving out EBT money it has to come from somewhere and Lombardo the governor is a Republican and MAGA aligned.

New Yorkers would probably hate it with all of the Holiness Evangelical Christianity there.
They've been flocking to Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte for decades at this point (Why do you think that stabber nog was let off so many times prior to his stabbing?). I'm honestly surprised the state hasn't completely flipped blue.

He's got a point but it does not matter.

The only way this ends well is if Dems never get a Senate majority ever again, which with how the youth and especially the young women are turning out is basically impossible.

Now, if we nuked the filibuster "and" repealed the 19th...
Retard take.
There's a reason activists on both sides have been threatening to do this for 50 years but never actually do.
Errr, so why the fuck would Republicans now hand it to them on a silver platter? You don't think those rabid Dems want this for your benefit do you? Once that genie is out of the bottle it will never go back in.
We do it now to rip the Democrats out by the fucking roots. Trump wants to do something big. Scary even. It will lock power for a very long time. By the time it's over, the Dems will be a minority power in house seats. He needs to act quickly though before they can regroup.

Under 30 church attendance is the highest it's been in decades, fedora tipper.
My high-school-age nephew, in a very blue region of a very blue state, with no prompting from myself or his non-religious parents: "I've been thinking of converting to Christianity." (though I don't know if it's 'converting' if you don't already follow a religion)

Yeah, we are just pre-dooming. Lubing up, if you will.
I don't have an opinion on that. Haven't watched the oral arguments. Though, given that the tariff power was delegated to the President by Congress, it would be another blow to its delegation powers if SCOTUS rules against Trump, which I suppose is somewhat funny if nothing else.

In the wake of their ass raping last night, I have seen republicans do nothing except cuck, capitulate, play the blame game and run back to sucking donor cock instead of addressing the real issues.

According to boomer neocons on xitter, the reason they lost is because of Tucker, Fuentes, and antisemitism. Ok.

This is a dead party once Trump is gone.

The right will learn absolutely nothing from this and revert to kneeling for Israel.

I fucking called it. :lossmanjack:

Trump was the final death throes of the populist right before the country gets permanently taken over by gay race communism as it was always meant to be. All he has done was delay the inevitable.

Have a telepathic link to the minds of the justices do ya?
No, but today's hearing pretty much sealed the deal at this point. Trump's tariffs are not going through.

They have signalled that they are not pleased with the admins use of the IEEE or the arguments of the lawyer that was sent to argue for it. It looks like they will vote against it yeah.

So they are arguing that an antisemitic mayor won, because the right was too antisemitic. Noice
Who cares what Bannon think these days? That's not a rhetorical question and I don't keep up with him but he seems to talk a lot but not having anything concrete to say. That clip can be summed up as "we should care about the losses." Ok and?
He is responding to those who have chosen to cope. That is all
