I've thought the same for a while since that same drop in viewers happened the last couple times he had to restart his computer. I think he's very nervous at the prospect of looking to be cumulatively under 200-300 viewers or the detractors win, so he has to buy the premium gourmet mayo (100 or so viewbots) so he doesn't look like a washed up brokie.

But in reality, he's probably got maybe as many organic viewers on YouTube as he does on Kick on a average day---maybe closer to 100 or more on a stream that's a little more hyped---while everyone else is watching Raw Phil or another restreamer, which would line up with how dead the YouTube chat is compared to the number of purported viewers.

Kick is a more accurate reflection of organic engagement on his streams, and he probably hasn't figured out botting on kick or would be more likely getting caught doing it there.

It's a recurring pattern but I doubt it's him behind the viewbots. It's probably one of his mods or a zealot fan wanting to protect the pig's ego.

It's clear he's viewbotting though as most of the time his chat is very silent for someone at 250+ viewers. During the marathon I did notice his polls filling up very slowly too.

There's definitely something fishy about his numbers but no matter how many bots there is, he's still slowly hemorrhaging viewers.

This may be because Phil bans people en masse, subscriber only and I think there's a time delay until you can chat. Also people know it's best to say nothing.
