It's a weird thing to "feel bad for the family" because it's not like there was a monster in their midst that they had no idea about - the royals have known that Andrew is an Epstein associate and fucks young for decades and have covered it up as best as they can up to this point because he was Lizzie's special boy. If he wasn't retarded enough to do that BBC interview where he basically perjured himself, he'd still have those protections now.
So yeah, the response of "I feel bad for the family" sounds a bit callous. But it's known already that Trump doesn't care about pedophiles as long as they're above a certain income bracket, so it's nothing particularly novel.

They’ve been doing everything to avoid having to address him and letting him live on the taxpayer dime as a well known pedophile while they kicked their son out for marrying a brown American. They only took action because they had no choice.
