Apparently they are going to try the "Tyler is a good boy who dindu nuffin" in the face of mountain of evidence. How long before they start comparing self defense cases to Tyler when this inevitably falls flat on its face?

No, its moreso that it was physically impossible for Robinson to have been the shooter, regardless of his involvement. The only ebedance we have are chatlogs supplied by feds and an anonymous leaker who gave more chatlogs to turkey tom. Video evidence shows someone claimed to be robinson jumping off a roof without a weapon, despite the weapon being dumped nearby (without any photos of said weapon at the dumping site released). He also apparently would have changed clothes and went to dairy queen after. There is no "mountain of evidence" that robinson pulled the trigger whatsoever, unless suddenly we're all going to believe whatever federal agents tell us.

edit: at this point it would make more sense to have a separate Tyler/Lance thread because theres enough going on there separate from the shooting to hate and pour over. If you ask me, Robinson was recruited by the CIA out of his college (https://www.usu.edu/cai/) and turned into a patsy who will probably be killed in prison shortly after his show trial ends. That's funny, it doesn't appear to be a high enough resolution video to know what length of gun it was down to the inch, only that there was a heavy gun shaped object that he made sure to take with him AND it printed a gun profile on a draped cloth for all to see.

Now explain how a 30-06 doesnt obliterate kirk's neck as has been demonstrated in countless ballistics gel youtube videos and explain why the FBI said they found tools on the roof used to disassemble said rifle, which youre now claiming is not disassembled (even though he would have had 2-3 seconds to disassemble this rifle before jumping off the roof)

Weird that the rooftop video touted about as "proof" doesnt actually include the extra 4 seconds at the beginning to show the guy on the roof actually pulling a trigger

We know nothing about the ammo as far as I remember, so it could be that grandpa reloaded his own 30-06 and downloaded the powder because he didn't like the full kick of hot 30-06. If he was hunting deer with it he doesn't need nearly as much energy out of those cartridges as factory ammo provides.

The rifle was not found disassembled, it was transported disassembled and then reassembled on the roof with the tools for reassembly left behind in his panic. We have a photo of the fully assembled rifle as found in the woods. It was recognized by his parents as Grandpa's rifle, gifted to Tyler.

He didn't actually pull the trigger he just got up and aimed something that looked like a gun at the guy who just so happened to get shot at the exact same time.

Why do you think he hit Charlie in the neck? He wasn't aiming there, and him assembling the rifle poorly could have affected it if he was aiming for headshot or chest shot.
