I don’t think it’s telling that Destiny would be in a rush to cover the transcript he convinced his followers would be his vindication for months. Especially just to get ahead of anyone reading his portion of the transcript which sounded pretty much like him just pretending he doesn’t know how computers or sex works (convincing in both rights there).

If this were a criminal case, then yeah there needs to be something more substantial than he said she said. But just for establishing liability that the disclosure was uniquely Steven’s fault seems much easier to convince a jury of. If it wasn’t Steven’s fault then the jury is going to think it was Rose’s or this Solo person. What is the jury supposed to think in terms of liability if Steven doesn’t want either of the actually liable people involved. If I was being blackmailed, I’d probably want the jury to know so now Steven has to pretend Pxie did him a favor?

Sorry if there is a lot of retread. I mostly feel bad for Pxie after reading the transcript - she was young and naïve and unwisely thought Destiny represented her idealism. While Destiny was having fun making fun of Pxie for her stuttering "like"s at the start of the hearing (and an analogy that, admittedly, did not land), I actually think she answered very well. There were no bombshells here, like Destiny would have you believe. The closest was an apparent misspeak (since she's claimed otherwise for months) by Pxie.

Before the release of the transcript, there were basically three moments where Pxie got got, according to Destiny.

1. She admitted to not having evidence of sharing after statute's effect (i.e. no evidence for the AbbyMC claim):

There's no such thing happening in the transcript. He probably thought of (jk, he's just lying) when Brettler repeatedly tried to ask Pxie if she had evidence of the sharing of the video with AbbyMC, and the judge said...yes, yes she does! Keep huffing that cope/meth pipe.

2. The judge is team implied consent
Here's the surrounding testimony:

It's pretty clear that all the judge is doing is elucidating Destiny's argument. And Destiny's argument is that he records "a lot" of sexual videos and it's the norm for him to trade stuff around, and thus.. the judge helps him.. he argues he had "implied consent." Pxie only shared videos of/with her then-boyfriend and Destiny, so this does not apply to her.

Destiny will try to suggest it does, though:

3. He didn't know about Pxie sharing the video with her boyfriend

That was my take away from it, too. She still seems pretty young and naive, and Destiny illustrating how unprepared she was for the courtroom really doesn't make Pxie look bad to normal human beings. Sure, it might not help her win her case, which seems to be what Destiny is pointing out, but he once again, is unable to see this from the lens of people who are able to sympathize and empathize with others. Throughout the whole video he's doing these weird victory laps because Pxie's lawyers aren't doing a great job (I guess? I dunno, I don't pretend to understand courtroom stuff.)

Whether Pxie is a bad on the stand, whether they filed the right motions, what suit Destiny was wearing, whether or not Pxie's main lawyer showed up to trial, did Destiny send it before or after the CARDI date, doesn't matter to people whose brains aren't floating around in a flesh jar of cum. There are other questions that matter more to people.

• Did you have permission to send that video to another person?
• If not, do you recognize that it was wrong to do it?
• Why was it wrong to do it?

I would advise against this for a lot of reasons. For one thing, Destiny isn't even the head cum vampire.
