The letters aren't the same size, the fork is badly drawn, the linework is spotty, the perspective of the middle flower is completely off.

I bet that was a pimp tattoo. Pimps will force tattoo their name or other things on their hoes to degrade and brand them. I’d bet she got away from him and eventually covered it with an inspirational tat about black queens being astronauts and sheit.

Meme tattoos will not age well. This is one of the worst ideas for a tattoo.

I know it should be the last thing that’s irritating about any of those tattoos, but the elephant trunk should be her nose and the tusks her teeth. Not a trunk coming off the forehead and tusks where nose should be.
