I think this was the same stream(or somewhere close since he was also playing minecraft) where he said that anything you send online you have to assume it's going to get leaked which is why he doesn't do this stuff.
Also this:
destiny on leaking nudes.mp4
Hopefully one day people realize that for him every accusation is a confession.
Yeah, but Destiny only says this because he uses his own definition of the word "leak." He only counts it as leaking if somebody makes something public. Even though you would say that Edward Snowden leaked information to Wikileaks, who made it public.
The whole reason he uses that definition is because he knows he has spent years not respecting people's privacy, boundaries, or consent.
I remember JSTLK pushing back on his definition of "leaking" and then falling in line back when he was still on the plantation.
I'll give Chombo Wombo a bone by pointing out that mizkif basically yoinked epstiny's strategy around dealing with allegations probably because he thinks epstiny has been able to slink away without many consequences.
I'm not as familiar with Mizkif as I am with Destiny because watching streamers makes me want to blow my own brains out, but after watching a couple things about this, it would appear that Mizkif may also have the same cluster B personality type as Destiny. There are several instances where he talks about how much it upsets him when someone gets more viewers than him or gets opportunities he doesn't get, which is definitely the primary reason Destiny bridge burns with people. The difference is that Mizkif is not as smart as Destiny, so he doesn't hide it behind layers of plausible deniability as well as Destiny does.
Anyway, I bring this up because I don't think it's so much that he's following the Destiny strategy, it's more than they both are following the typical strategy that narcissists take when they're in a breakup, either with friends or lovers. Which is smear campaigning, trying to get ahead of allegations, downplaying the severity of what they've done, deflecting, and trying to make themselves look like the actual victim or like they were both at fault.
Eta that I made my acct after a lifetime of lurking because I desperately wanted to share the trafficking angle and didn't see anyone else pick up on it.
Tiny never speculated about this until after I did - at which point he said it's "probably" happening - just to deflect and humanize her when it was confirmed she was underage while they were sexting/ exchanging sexual material.
I wondered about whether or not Solo was a trafficker after the leaks, but it feels like the first rule of child trafficking would be, "don't go antagonize the John for the lulz."
But every single person in this entire story is an idiot, so who the fuck knows?
Again, this applies to the thread and DGG, the case isn't about him being "innocent" or "guilty", it's just to determine if he can be found liable for damages. He is "guilty" in the sense that he admits to sending Pxies video to a minor, but he might get the case dismissed purely based on the date he sent the video. There are other victims (Stasia, Abby, maybe more!) who do fall within the date range, and his Subject Matter Jurisdiction argument wouldn't apply to them. In this scenario, he would have to rely on his "these women are all insane, lying whores trying to ruin my life" excuse.
Also, this is why it's important to not frame Destiny as a pedophile who was intentionally trying to fuck a teenager. He can easily prove that it's not his MO if he ever felt like leaking chat logs with teenagers who DM him and he can demonstrate that he turns them down if they're underage. But he can't really get around the fact that he did ask her, and he didn't care enough about Rose's well being to verify that she is an adult in an industry that is full of CSAM and trafficking victims. Even if he gets off on technicalities, there is still a lot of criticism to be made here. Adults have a responsibility to minors that Destiny did not demonstrate. He does not need to be a pedophile to be a bad guy.
Lav taking a shot at Pxie:

the Pxie tweet (guessing she blocked Lav after this so it doesn't show up in the quote tweet):
I am glad Pxie is standing up to Destiny, but Lav is 100 percent right to call her out for this. Pxie and every other person in that space defended Destiny, ran cover for him, and went on a whole stupid Destiny apologia tour, saying that Destiny just needs to find better people to be around. Erudite wasn't the only one, it was all of them. Dooby, who now thinks Destiny is a scum bag, acted as a double agent with mrgirl because mrgirl was looking into his treatment of women.
All of these people need to admit that they were wrong, not just talk about how Destiny wronged Pxie. They should be talking about what *they* did to create a culture that allowed for it to happen. And most of them don't do that, they just point to Destiny. Chud is really the only one I've seen take that kind of accountability. Fingers crossed that Chud hasn't given himself lead poisoning with his Huel consumption.
