Does anyone remember the transcripts from the previous hearing where we ended up getting illegally recorded footage from STMS alogs?
Useful_Mistale got some funds to buy the transcripts but he's getting ghosted by the useless cretins of Minnesota.
Should the funds be used to buy this hearing's transcript instead? Otherwise, he will refund those who contributed.
I think instead of messing with refunding crypto, we should put the funds towards the transcript of this hearing. It appears to be much more significant. Supposedly an agreement has been reached, that's a pretty major milestone in this homosexual kerfuffle.

I think we're not going to be allowed the transcripts until at least Nick's HRO is settled.

He could take the Fifth. However, in a civil case, the fact-finder (judge or jury) can take that into account and infer he's guilty, unlike if you take it in a criminal case. If he did take the Fifth he almost certainly would lose outright. Or he could commit perjury, which would also be fun, especially if there's actual evidence proving otherwise.
I'll note this isn't a mandatory adverse inference, the fact-finder may use it, though. I think in this case it is a virtual certainty the inference would be taken, especially considering the strong corroborative evidence that Nick indeed did commit this felony.
Probably not. I'd have to know more about Minnesota to know for sure, but generally, the whole purpose of doing something in camera is to encourage the parties to speak candidly without worrying about it being used. I know they sometimes actually are recorded if it's something like an argument about the admissibility of potentially sensitive information, where if the court uses that information to make an appealable decision, it might be needed for an appeal.
Such proceedings are generally off the record, though.
I'm virtually certain the reason these proceedings were for the purpose of the judge slamming these two retards' heads together and telling them to get their shit together.

Part of this goes back to the origins of "Scandinavian incel prudes". A long while back, Nick was invited to some church event and he tried to preach outreach to onlyfans woman and camgirls. That rather than being critical of onlyfans, that his church needed to reach out to get these career minded onlyfans young women participating in church life. After all, they were pursuing a good career for women and only doing it to have money to take their kids to disneyworld. And many women on onlyfans are totally rich and own private islands.
Needless to say, the people at his church he shared these wonderful ideas with were not accepting of them. And he was really mad about it in the aftermath.
Nick seems more overtly hostile to Christianity in those messages though. I'm sure he has not in any way got over the CPS complaint about his dirty and hungry kids made by people in the church. Its also been a while since he shared his religious ideas about him being just like King David or how nothing he can do can be a sin.

Were Nick to have taken the stand, he would play word games and try to Ron Toye his way around the question. And in doing so, he'd accidentally confess. That's exactly what he did when the cops questioned him during his child endangerment arrest. He tried outsmarting a 90 iq cornfed midwestern high school educated cop and ended up getting outsmarted and confessing to the crime.
Of the two, Melton is the only one that would have been smart enough to plead the 5th.
When Nick was crying about the State taking his rights away, he emphasized how he was no longer free because he couldn't go to his church. Forgetting, I guess, that he never returned to that church after they snitched to the cops about him abusing and endangering his children, so even if he had been free to go to that church he wouldn't have.

As @Potentially Criminal pointed out, the odds were on his side if he had addressed this in any remotely normal fashion. It might have just gone away immediately at the first hearing. This is a serious case of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory when literally doing nothing would have been the better option.

I'm not American, a native English speaker or a lawyer, but I knew fast the nature of a HRO in Minnesota. I studied the case law, the reasons, excuses, etc. I saw that examples made up case law.
Soliciting a montage was never going to be persuasive. Who the fuck does that? Then tries to submit it as evidence. HRO's don't care who started it.
They are granted on the interim on a trust basis that what was disclosed was true. You then challenge it by showing the person lied. I mean a real lie, not Nick definition.
You don't defeat them by saying "All true, but Aaron ate my goo!" Ffs.
